4 ★Quite happy with my experience moving a bed, tables, and some boxes 4 miles between two apartments in San Francisco. Movers arrived within window I scheduled, were friendly, professional, worked quickly. I made an error in my payment, emailed Support and they got back to me within hours on a Saturday night. Would recommend.
2 ★It is hard that you cannot contact your driver or see on a map where they are. You only get notified of who the move is and if they are at the meeting location once they have already arrived.
1 ★App sucks it wont send a verification code. So I can't even try to use it.

They quickly assesed the situation, loaded and delivered our sofa, and moved other furniture around for us. They were even willing to help move something out of our garage. We highly recommend using Lugg!!
1 ★No coverage. Their tag line is move anything anywhere, but enter a Cleveland Ohio address and come to find out they have no service in Cleveland. I think your tag line is a bit ehh over ambitious.
