PAY WITH YOUR PHONE
It’s simple, safe, and contactless! For fuel purchases, just open the app, select ‘Pay at Pump’, enter your pump number, and authorize the pump. All you have to do is get out of your car to select a fuel grade and begin fueling. When you finish fueling, the app automatically displays a receipt with your transaction total, earned rewards and, if selected, a car wash code.
If your location services are turned off, simply scan the QR code at the pump to select your pump number.
For in store purchases, open the app, select ‘Pay in Store’, confirm your payment method, click ‘Generate QR Code’, and show the QR code to the cashier for scanning. When your transaction is complete, the app automatically displays a receipt with your transaction total and earned rewards.

2 ★The app no longer detects my location. The stations I go to are rewards+ capable, because I have used them previously and the station finder still says they are set up for it. Once again, the app can not find my location anymore even though it has permission and location services are turned on. I can still use my card there and get my discount, but that defeats the purpose of an app.
5 ★I used to never go to Mobile for gas but with all this pandemic going on it was sometimes a hassels to go inside the store or use the terminal. The app makes it seamless to pay with the app and go on your way. Love it. Been using it for a year now and no complaints!!
1 ★App stopped processing payment after January. I've tried to uninstall and reinstall the app numerous times. I've tried using multiple payment methods but the app tells me it can't process my payment. I've emailed customer service and gave gotten no response. smh UPDATE: after multiple attempts via phone calls they still have no idea why I'm not able to use the app. I've tried different credit cards and uninstalled the app. It's pretty much useless now.
1 ★I made a account but I will not let me log in tells me my email or password is incorrect. They to reset my password but no email comes in make a new account and some thing not understanding. But when I use the number at the store i get a text with my point.

Always asking for login and then saying it has a problem "Sorry". Please FIX 03/05/2021 Update... Not sure if update killed app or what, but constant "something went wrong" errors at login. Worthless again... Pleas fix and quit screwing it up.

1 ★I have tried to login to this app at least 100 times on 4 different occasions over the past month and each time it tells me that an error has occurred, to try again later. Glitchy. A fix would be appreciated! (Android Oreo)
2 ★Was good to start with but for the past two months, every time I try to open the app it rarely opens. I've deleted and reinstalled still the same. Terrible.
2 ★The old speedpass key tags were simple and fast. Unfortunately, the opportunity to replicate that was missed in the app. Instead of simply tapping your phone you have to navigate the app and figure out your pump and enter the info. Much faster to use your actual card.
1 ★Samsung Pay stopped working and no longer accepted as a payment option. It's annoying that I have to manually input my membership number at the gas pump itself and this app is no longer working for payments using Samsung Pay.
1 ★I have this app set up so I need to enter a code in order to authorize the pump. Lately when I open the app it automatically authorizes the last pump I used dispite the fact that I didn't enter my code and I'm not even at that station or that pump anymore. Yes, it authorized a pump at a station I wasn't even at.
1 ★Deleted app last year since only worked half the time. Thought I'd try again. Now it works NONE of the time. Garbage app. Points are useless if you can't get gas. Bring back speed pass. At least it was reliable.
