Download Mitel Connect (Formerly ShoreT APK file from ApkClean, then follow these steps:

3 ★The app works OK on android now, with a couple of caveats. If you pick up a call ringing on your mobile and phone using the mobile, the desk phone registers a missed call. If you receive a call on your mobile without your mobile number configured in the portal (which doesn't accept some numbers!) you have to manually accept the call.
1 ★This app simply does NOT work. Unfortunately I have no say in my employer's software decisions, so I am forced to use it when I'm working from home. It constantly drops my calls, has issues with the volume, does not deliver my voicemails, etc. I have resorted to using my personal number to make business calls.
3 ★Not having password remembered is a drag. likewise the need to keep entering remote server dial in. ugh. not sure if the background dropout bug is still there. you keep app open all day, it doesn't close but after X hours - the calls don't come through and you have no idea (i see them trying on laptop mitel app)
2 ★I use this app for work on my cell phone. The clarity and sound quality of the calls could be better. It is not uncommon for calls to drop and have to call back the person I was speaking to. Also, work calls appear on my cell phone's call history. I wish those calls would appear on the app itself. Some of my coworkers use their computer and answer calls that way but since I have not, I cannot say whether it is better than routing calls to a phone.
1 ★Newest version (Jan 27, 2020) is completely unusable. Runs for an hour or two, permacrashes. Have to uninstall and reinstall to get a couple more hours out of it. Can't downgrade to a working version because Mitel's servers no longer accept the older clients.
4 ★Much improved app that allows someone like me who doesn't get to o many calls on my work extension to keep one phone that I can use for both personal and business. It's nice not to be able to use the same bluetooth accessories with my one phone regardless of who is calling.
1 ★Unnecessary permissions required to use app. For example, Skype works perfectly fine without allowing it access to location, personal contacts, call logs, etc. This app requires full access to your personal information or it simply won't run. Huge privacy risk, beware!
1 ★The company I work for is in the process of switching over to Mitel. I work remotely, and was excited at the prospect-- until I downloaded the app, which wants permissions for my calendar, location, accessing photos/media/files on my device, and taking photos/recording video. The app will not open without these permissions enabled. Absolute horse manure.
2 ★Does not work as expected. I expect that calls would route to this app as well but I'm my experience, it does not. It also is always running in the background. Outbound calls work ok.
3 ★It's a great ideal and conept but I am only getting call if a voice message was left. Calls are not coming through as should. Also when phone screen is off app goes into Unavailable mode, even though app is still running in the background.
1 ★I have tried to connect our mitel phones at work to my cell phone so that I could call parents of my students without sharing my private number. Not only would it not work correctly now there are several telemarketers that have my number. I know this is how because the name they call for when calling and texting me is my teaching partners name not mine. The name our work phone is. This is very frustrating!
4 ★I think people need to realize specifically how the app works and if they have tried newer versions running on MiTel Platform. Works well for me. It may have been configured incorrectly in the environment it's being used in as well.
