3 ★Large database and very useful to avoid irritating calls, but the search function is not good - if I start typing a name of a contact I have ("Johan"), it prioritizes the city of another contact ("Johannesburg"). Maybe prioritize the search results to the name and recently used or something?
2 ★It is very irritating. When you ended a call the notification is shown on screen and have to cut many times on the cross button. My suggestion is the software has a scroll option to right side of the screen to remove the notification instantly.
5 ★Truecaller is really a life saver app and deserves more than five stars. I was looking for restoration of my contacts after losing my old phone and I found all my contacts and all the messages in my old phone after restoring from the backup file it saved on cloud. It was such a great moment and I came here to make review and give the app developers more than five star. I have already gave five star previously for the beautiful features of the app. Thanks so much! Keep up the brilliant work! 👏
3 ★It's a good and useful app but there is an annoying part. It's okay that it displays the caller name on the screen but annoying at the same time when I am driving with the map on and the caller name appears after a call. I have to close the banner and pull up the map once again. Please fix this.
5 ★Absolutely super! Everything it says on the box. I set messages as my default to open, as I'd made rather too many accidental calls! One gripe: it allows me unthinkingly to send text messages to landlines, which simply isn't possible!
2 ★I would give this app 5 stars but I have two problems. One is that certain company numbers, like Nedbank, are just reported as "spam", which can cause problems you actually get important messages from them. This is a small issue. The big problem is that your phone doesn't ring for long, so sometimes you'll miss a call. Even when do answer in time, it will take a second or two to register, causing you to miss the call anyway. Please fix the delay problem and I'll give 5 stars.
1 ★Please, this app doesn't work on my phone again, it closes immediately I open it. I cleared the app cache, reset my app preferences, I did all I could to make it work, it still doesn't opened. I did a factory reset and it's still the same issue. Pls, help fix that, or just tell me what else to do.
4 ★I have been using Truecaller for last 7,8 years since I had smartphone. I was not facing issue but I am facing issue since a few days while opening any apps my mobile indicates that there is one risky apps and it needs to be installed but I don't why it shows like this , I had to uninstall two times Truecaller, plls get this issue fixed permanently. Is anyone facing this type of issue?
3 ★It is useful if you want to avoid unwanted calls or find out who is calling you. However, it also has some drawbacks. For example, it may not work well in some countries or regions,and it may compromise your privacy by sharing your contacts or personal information with third parties. And the user interface is not that great it still shows you ads. If you have the money to purchase the pro version you can unlock more features.
3 ★I'm having a problem with sms in Truecaller, it doesn't send SMS , but other apps like Google messages app and the default Xiaomi messaging app work well, but on Truecaller it doesn't work, even when I set Truecaller as a default messaging app, There is no where to check the smsc number in Truecaller app, maybe that's the problem, because other messaging apps do allow you to check and change the smsc number, I think that's the problem with this Truecaller app, It's an inconvenience
1 ★Not blocking anything Only one call was blocked which was a verification call for telegram app. It identifies call as Spam but doesn't auto block them. Thank goodness I didn't purchase a full year subscription. Gonna cancel premium subscription. Only option which works is Blocking call which are not in saved contacts. But this option also blocks calls from Amazon, Zomato delivery persons. What is the point of letting the call come in while u r telling me it's a spam/scam
4 ★Works fine but missing an option. If the phone is secured by finger print or patern. If you receive a call you always have to do either one of them. It would be great if you could make an exemption for incoming calls
