Description
一、服務歷程雲萱基金會成立於1998年2月，初期以一般性社團宣導活動為主，2004年開始有第一位社工員從事社會專業服務工作，開啟為雲林縣生病的婚姻與家庭注入療癒活水。
家人是一輩子的緣份，夫妻和情侶也是無緣不來，任何關係上的抉擇都是自由意志的選擇，本會服務婚姻家庭、推動親職功能、倡導性別權益，陪你走過生命存在意義。
二、成立沿革
本會現任第七屆董事長楊薇蓁於2016年2月上任，執行長王招萍（社工師）為本會成立之發起人。本會現有廿一席董事，十五名社工員，在董事會健全與扶持運作下，朝向服務宗旨邁進。
三、服務宗旨
1、服務婦幼、幫助婦幼成長、維護其人格尊嚴、保護其人身安全、促進性別平權。
2、協助弱勢、單親之家庭成員建構家庭生活功能，增進個人、家庭、社會權益。
3、維護與發展家庭與婚姻生活事件之法律需求性權益與兒童最佳利益。
4、服務最終目的在協助大眾建立健康人格與行為發展，增進生活功能，順應社會環境。
四、服務對象：
雲林縣家庭暴力成年被害人不分性別、目睹家庭暴力兒少，未成年懷孕和未成年父母，法院裁定離婚程序之子女監護權調查以及收出養和追蹤案件訪視，雲林縣單親爸爸家庭，虎尾區（虎尾、元長、土庫、褒忠等四鄉鎮）新住民家庭。
