Questions & Answers

Q: What is an APK File?

A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.

Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?

A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading).
As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.

Q: Why ApkClean.net can guarantee APK 100% safe?

A: Whenever someone wants to download an APK file from ApkClean.net, we'll check the corresponding APK file on Google Play and allow user download it directly (of course, we'll cache it on our server). If the APK file does not exist on Google Play, we'll search it in our cache.

Q: What are Android App permissions?

A: Apps require access to certain systems within your device. When you install an application, you are notified of all of the permissions required to run that application.

1 ★If I could give ZERO stars, I absolutely would. This app is beyond useless. The admin is completely biased, approving only the same tired, pointless posts about lost pets and random noises—meanwhile, actual safety concerns get ignored. I had a stranger walk onto my porch, take pictures, and leave, and I’ve been trying to warn my neighbors since Valentine’s Day, but my post keeps getting denied. So what’s the point of this
1 ★App doesn't work. All I get is a blank, black homescreen. Only thing on the homescreen is the 3 lines on the top left to go into the settings menu. I've rebooted, uninstalled and reinstalled, cleared cache, and still a blank screen. Using Samsung S25 Ultra.
5 ★nice 👍🙂
5 ★I actually appreciate this community for Ring- another form of neighborhood watch- it takes a village, to make things operate properly in the neighborhood we lived in to keep it safe and clean.
1 ★When I tried to post something that I know for a fact my neighbors would have liked to know my post was denied. Apparently you can't post about drones flying over your homes or neighborhood. Also, you can not post about suspicious lights. I know for a fact my people would want to know about a flashlight going around their home. Or crazy lights above. Edit- The email sent to me from you specifically says posts about drones and lights are taken down. I responed to your emails. No response back.
1 ★This app failed me. I'm uninstalling. My order was delivered to the wrong address, so I made a post about it & allowed my contact to be shared. A "Neighbor" commented that they sent a msg to me about my order but I never got it. They ended up ghosting me & I never got my order. Had that msg went through I could've got my order before the neighbor had a change of heart.
3 ★I have difficulty filtering through the content to get back to the post I was wanting to reply to.
2 ★The apparently recently added login requirement adds unnecessary inconvenience that hinders use and utility, leading to app uninstall.
5 ★pets need to teach owners to leash them, like the Laws state to do! Be Responsible
5 ★great way to start updated!
