4 ★Love the app and rewards program with the free monthly gift. I ask what's the point of the utensils option/sauce option? The store ignored that when I picked up my order. I only realized when I came home that those items were missing and was annoyed. I wanted to report that on the app, but there is no ratings system for the stores performance. Having a feature like that would be nice.
3 ★App revisions are much better. Still, the monthly reward cannot be unlocked. I've ordered thru the app over 3x this month (all over $15 and without using any rewards) and it still says to "unlock the reward with a qualifying purchase," but doesn't say what a qualifying purchase is or why my existing orders aren't qualifying, although my orders show in the app.
4 ★Unfortunately I had to take one star away because I noticed there is a recurring issue within the app with regard to delivery addresses, it doesn't always recognize the proper address and will always supersede an incorrect address over the address where you're actually at and I think this is something that needs to be addressed. I've had numerous orders go to the wrong address and the thing is there's nothing there.
2 ★The rewards system isn't that good. When I first got the app you would get a monthly free item or upgrade. Now you have to pay to get that reward and now I got to reward that I will not use. I'm the only one that eats panda but now it says I need to spend $15 to get the reward. I will not spend $15 for lunch on one person. Also it takes purchasing about 15 meals (plate) to get one equal free meal. I'll still eat at Panda but not nearly as often because the reward system isn't that great.
1 ★Just AWFUL. Seeing the menu and adding food to cart? Simple and smooth. Changing password? Usually fails. Signing in? Usually fails. Trying to pay for your order? Get told to sign in again and wind up in a tangle of endless loops: Order -> sign in, Fail and sign in again, (repeat ad nauseam,) then try to pay for your cart and again and get sent back to sign-in! (I copy-paste sign-in info, and even if it worked a moment ago it will still proceed to fail many times.) 👎👎
1 ★Writing before i delete the app There is no customer service, so when they send you the wrong order, they'll think a coupon is sufficient... my order was almost completely wrong with things missing. I was overcharged, and all I received after waiting a week was a raggedy coupon order from Uber. They at least refund you and in a timely fashion!!!
4 ★They finally fixed most of the problems and finally added rewards. It is legit 6 years late tragically. The order cart does not fully remove previous bad orders and no option to cancel either. Old: Only works when it wants to. "Online Order Not Available" more than 90% of the time. What a waste of time.
5 ★Good app, ease of use when ordering but when it tells me I get a free upgrade I thought it automatically upgrades for you. It does not...it just takes off the difference in your overall total if you were to go bigger. So if you want a plate but have an upgrade for bowl to plate, don't choose just the bowl or that's all you will get. Make sure you choose plate and it will charge you for the bowl price. I found this out the hard way.
1 ★Haven't been able to place an order thru app for 3 months. I have redownloaded, used all different payment methods, used the desktop website, used different phones but I haven't been able to complete an order. I keep getting the same error message, "we are unable to process your order. Please check your payment method and try again."
5 ★I have honestly recommended this app to everyone I know. User-friendly platform, easy to earn and redeem rewards, and very customizable ordering. There's an option to choose special requests such as utensils and sauces, which some third-party apps (DD) don't include as options. The ASAP option is always super fast, and when I choose a later pickup time, it's always ready to go when I get there. I easily walk up to the register and get my order right away every time, with no issues or mistakes.
2 ★Not an easy app to use. You get rewards but when you try to add the items for food it doesn't allow this to be an easy process. So irritating, in fact, that I took OFF free food items (a small appetizer if you were spending $20) and just checked out. Thanks.....for nothing. Knowing what size you are getting and allowing for it is confusing as well. Needs some work desperately for your customers to find ease in utilizing the app.
4 ★Good app, but for a few years going, you can't check a box to request chopsticks. Maybe we don't want "utensils" (fork), maybe we want chopsticks? I put that into the special request field, but sometimes it clears itself out, and other times the restaurant must not see it, because often I have to open up my bag, check, and go back to the counter to get chopsticks. Also, I didn't get to order brown rice because the app didn't offer it, but when I walked in to pick up my order, they had some.
