3 ★Used this for 3 times. Charges are quite standard. Once Overcharged by vendor. Ask to service because there is no aircond repair option to choose. Came out to be cable rotten but vendor asked to pay rm80 extra even thou the rm130 for service has not been carried out. Emailed customer support on 15th oct, bcs call was not answer. Call again on 16th waited for 2Min on the line. No answer. Decided to leave a review here and finally someone called me on 17th Oct morning =) After one week, got the verdict and now I am waiting for my refund. Cons: Customer support will help to discuss with vendor if the complaint is valid. You need to have patience to wait. Pro: Overall a good platform to look for service provider anywhere in Klang valley. Will get quote from 1-2 vendor within 1hour. Fees are standard. Vendor tends to be better (polite, not ovecharging) than those handymen you call, as they are subject to be reviewed.
5 ★On one faithful night, I created an account & created a quote for electrical power point repair. I immediately got a 3 quotes (within 10 minutes) & successfully booked for a service to be done the next morning. They came, they fixed & I paid. Some parts of the UI can be improved - i.e. I was initially confused about where to go to pay. And clicking on the email sent me to the website instead of the app. All in all, you can definitely give this a try.
5 ★Koadim is a super useful app that contain professional vendors. Customer can compare price before engaging. And all vendors have rating which customer can clearly see their professionalism. I have a teething issue for 2 years on a wardrobe sliding door which fell off its track. There are tons of wardrobe maker. But I couldn't find help for repair work! I found help in kaodim in 10mins and the handyman solve my issue in merely 2.5hrs. Highly recommended. Look no further. This app is gd.
2 ★The app itself is fine but here's a problem with Kaodim as a service - the Vendor assigned to you can choose to cancel at a moment's notice. One WhatsApp message and boom! Now I'm scrambling to find another cleaner for tommorow and there's nothing I could have done about it nor are there avenues to complain or rate this irresponsible "5 star" vendor that was assigned to me. (PS. I booked the service a week in advance so there's really no good reason they couldn't have cancelled earlier)

1 ★The app claimed to have a guarantee lowest price service, big lier! Their fees are the most expensive of all service we can find else where! And be mind that there's no way for you to terminate your account once u register into the app, u can only make call to their costumer service center for termination request. What a scam.
5 ★Was doubtful at first having duped many times by dishonest contractors. However my experience with Kaodim proved my misgivings wrong. Their agent was quick to respond to my request and questions. Their vendor was punctual, efficient and professional. They could have easily deceived me but they gave me an honest assessment and did a minor tweak to my aircon without extra charge. Highly recommended 👍
1 ★All the app says is "Draft ID cant be blank", cannot even place an order after filling up 10 mins worth of info including taking pictures. When you need urgent service and are faced with an app like this, really does tick you off.
1 ★No use of this app. The contractor registered in this app are charging very high. There is no way to complain regarding the contractors for their high price quote. There shd be a proper price slab to fix & repair. It Should not be like the contractor will simply open their mouth (Rm xxx) to give you the quote. They are blindly charging very very high for simple work.
1 ★Booked a Aircon Installer and the app shows the confirm date and time. Nobody show up and I message the installer. The reply from the installer is that that is just a random date and time. So unreliable app as I am sure they will not take responsibility and just say they are a 3rd party app provider only. They should vet their contractor. Wasted my time waiting for the Installer through this app.
3 ★It's a very convenient app but, customer service should improve. Should inform vendors real-time of any changes. I changed my appointment date but vendor was not informed. Other than that, i've no other problems for now.
