1 ★Every time I try to place an order, regardless of whether I opt to use cash or card for payment, I get an error message that says "you may have another account registered with us." I only have one account and one card. This issue has still not been resolved 2 months later. I then try to ask for help but there is never a concierge available to address the concern, and there are no other ways to contact them. Custoner dissatisfaction at its worst.
1 ★Undoubtedly one of the worst shopping apps and services in the market. Unable to enter a valid address. Whoever did the development ought to retire from app development. Moreover, the category and item view is highly buggy. But the worst thing is that the prices are highly misleading. Do not waste your time installing this app.
3 ★A brilliant service every time but the app has some issues. The main problem is you cannot change the address from the one you first sign up with. We have recently moved and there is no way to update our address. It either says there is an error or saves but then reverts back to the old address.
4 ★I live in Taiwan and use the app a lot for ordering food. It's a great app and usually deliveries are fast and reasonably priced. Sometimes delivery estimates can be WAY off which isn't a problem by itself except that the app doesnt usually update the time. Also the app would be much improved by letting you know where your delivery was about 2-3 minutes away. Other than that, great app, lots of selection, great alternative to UberEATS.
2 ★I have been using this app for few times on same delivery address, and works well before. I've been trying to book a delivery again for my groceries for about a month now, and it keeps on saying that it's not allowed on my area, though I have used it already for few times before. Please fix this, my address is near a tons of grocery stores, I used to have a lot of store options.
1 ★I was sick when I ordered my soup. Initially it showed me 36 minutes. But after 2 hours the status was still preparing and 5 mins left. The status has been same for hours. I tried clicking chat button and at that time it was unavailable as well. When I restarted the app multiple times finially chat was available and I had informed them to cancel my order cause I ordered from the same restaurant using another food app and got delivered in 25 mins. I don't want any refund also so uninstalled :(
1 ★Never even got the otp on my mobile number even after giving my right mobile number..and when i requested otp again they said i have to wait one more day and even after waiting a day the same thing happened and i guess it will continue like that..worst app
1 ★Crappy customer service that was nowhere near helpful, a discount code that's apparently expired but there's no indication of such (so why is the code even in my profile???? Why is your UX like this????) Crappy payment system that charged me 1SGD twice after rejecting my cards three times, why would you make it such a hassle for someone who's trying to give you money? I finally found a card that works, but I would think very hard about ever ordering via this app again. I was supposed to just do a quick shop for groceries but this headache lasted almost 2 hours!
1 ★This app used to be helpful for me. I frequently use this in my milk tea orders. But now, whenever I try to open the app and order it just says 'food service is not available in your area'. I didnt even change my address. They responded that theyre trying to optimize their coverage in major commercial areas in Metro Manila and Cebu. I guess Malate, Manila is not considered one of those areas. How come honestbee?
1 ★It was convenient at first, but then some items in the grocery don't get delivered because they can't keep proper inventory. Items in the store aren't flagged out of stock, but they don't inform customers until after delivery. They want to call or message us throughout the day instead of updating the site inventory. Then they package fruits under heavy items, so these get squashed. When we order food deliveries, they sometimes forget to inform the restaurants, leaving us hanging, hungry, angry.
1 ★I can't seem to sign up or log in. It says that the server is busy or whatever. Please fix this immediately. A lot of people relies online now a days.
5 ★Been using the app since i have started review. So far satisfied and it is better than the other apps. At first there were many coupons and i understand it was used to attract customers but right now wish there are atleast point system as i buy often. Also more picturr and description on other resto sometimes their food are not as appealing as i thought it will be
