3 ★Search functionality is very limited. Adverts are not reviewed properly as some of the headlines and the criteria do not match what is described in the advert.
1 ★Is vy hard to use this new interface version. Upload listing, fill in details, pictures … all inconvenience. Prefer the old version. I want bk the old version.
1 ★Too many listings of fake properties. Agents only interested to obtain your contact numbers and try to sell you others properties which you dont want. So irritating. Property Guru should do the necessary due diligence and disallow fake properties to be posted. Lost trust in this app.
2 ★It used to be good but more and more agents are putting fake locations. I'm looking for area A but after inquiring from agent or fake agent. Found out it is 1 hour away from the place I'm looking for. There are a lot of such listing going around. Please do something about it.
4 ★App is ok. Best for Malaysia but compared to other countries it is lacking. Map functionality and filters could be better. Overall, good app and recommended

1 ★Could've been a great app for first home buyers. Just that too many misleading properties posted. Search for properties in a certain area (in Sabah) but what came out were mostly klcc/klia properties. Y'all better stick to mudah. Or iproperty. Thanks bye
3 ★Its not very helpful as many advertisement are inconsistent. Its like they will put it negotiable and in the end they'll say put wrongly. Sometimes, it stated fully furnished one but then when u chat to the agent, they will say less TV or Fridge is small. Come on! Make in clear.
1 ★good apps, but disappointed. the location is cheat. example: tittle is location at Bukit jalil, but inside show the unit location in nilai or sepang etc actually. waste my time!
1 ★Im one of the agent using this apps to advertise ,previos version very easy to use after upgrade the version very not easy use and friendly. I will give up your platform, non stop working after upgrade use alot of my time .
1 ★Agents = Scammers! The informations given are wrong and false, fake agents and the details are only for advertisement purpose. Went through more than 15 properties, all fake advertisement. Submitted negative feedback for the agent, but they keep posting.
