1 ★Really rigid and does not show expiry on the voucher or give any reminders. I was trying to fix the date with the host but by the time I fixed the date and when I chk on the day, the voucher expired. The voucher was still there the week before. I lost S$78 because of that. Customer service insisted that they will not do a refund and the host say that the money will only go to them if they swipe. If I were to known of that situation,would've swiped for the host and screenshot it.
1 ★Fave is a horrible app. I've spent money for a service which was not delivered because a provider cancelled on me the day before, and instead of providing a refund they are insisting on credit for the app. Responding to the below, they have advised that there is no refund, but only credit for the app which is appalling. I've applied for leave to make myself available and now its burnt. As a first time user, the experience has been awful.
1 ★Error message when making payment at merchant and merchant insisted they can't check if the payment went thru. Have to use other payment method for my purchase. Upon checking my bank statement, I noticed fave pay made the deduction despite the error message n I have to go thru all the trouble to contact customer care. Was refunded in terms of fave credits. P.S. This is the 2nd time it happens.
1 ★All my credit disappeared, and Fave refuses to return it. Apparently I had to spend it with 3 months. So what if I keep it there? Turned off the push notifications and emails because of the constant spam. Customer service is not helpful at all. They were nice enough to point out that they have promos coming up. WOW! I'd rather give my business to a company that dont play these games. Change your dumb policy. EDIT: Emailed the address in the reply and they haven't bothered to reply after a week.
1 ★Worst App ever. Think THRICE before download! Horrible customer service. Bad experience. 2xvouchers $45 each being purchased based on the transaction history without my knowledge. But when i looked into mailbox, there is only one e-reciept stated that 1x $45 voucher and total paid $90. Customer service team insisted i had accidentally purchased 2x voucher and refuse to refund my money until i showed that e-receipt. In the end i can only get back $45 and 1x voucher (cost $45) which i dont need!!!
1 ★Terrible experience where they suddenly charged me $110 for an ecard that I didn't buy. When I called immediately to enquire, they kept explaining that I must have purchased it even though I didn't. All the savings I've made through this app have been wiped out by this fraudulent charge they refuse to refund. If you link it to grab pay or any credit card, they can just charge you for things and there's nothing you can do abt it. Lacks integrity and clearly doesn't care abt customers
1 ★Extremely bad customer service. Basically, if you do not encounter any issue, it's fine. However, if there's any issue, it's your problem. After getting you to spell out your issues repeatedly, the customer service will email to inform you that they are 100% digital operational and send you various links to whatever policies, terms and conditions they have put in place. So, pls beware.
1 ★Used to one of my fav Fave apps but... Recently implement new products on "paid later". Feedback to help hotline, I was accidentally press on wrong button, wanted to make full amount as do not wish to have any credit card installment (with higher interest rate incurred if you delay payment :( However their customer feedback was cannot do anything due to system. Guys, be careful when you using Fave apps.
1 ★Bad experience. These guys are misleading the consumers and if I had time I would take them to consumer court. When u make payment the fine print says can cancel in 3 days. Only later did I find out you can cancel one voucher only every 24 hours. What? And customer service ask me to refer to faq. So if u need to cancel more than 3 vouchers good luck. I had to pay 10% penalty. Won't be returning. And the app sucks too. Crashing all the time. Dont use their services or their wallet. Cheats.
1 ★Let me share with you my horrific experience with this app. When I saved my first credit card on this app. The credit card was hacked a few days later with a series of fraudulent transactions. Back then i did not suspect much and replace the hacked credit card with another one. One day after saving it on the app, my second credit card was hacked again. Pure coincidence? I highly doubt it now. I have been using credit cards for > 20 years now and it only happened after I saved them on your app.
1 ★This recent updated version is horrible. Loading takes a very, very long time, or best, cannot load. Items inside saved list mostly gone. Payment became frustrating because of not able to load. App lagged all the way. Don't understand why they change to this version when it's worse off then the previous one.
3 ★App is OK but vendors may not be able to fulfil the vouchers purchased on this platform. Bought 2 massage vouchers but both vendor were unable to fulfil before expiry date as their appointments were always full. They allow refund of voucher but not back to your credit card, it's refunded as fave credit with an expiry. If you forget to use them before expiry (unfortunately, that happened to me), then it's money lost.
