1 ★I am disappointed, I joined the 9.9 sale event from 12 PM, all of my orders were successful, no OUT OF STOCK and the payment was successful 2 days the order was not processed, after being asked by customer support I received an email that my order was canceled on the grounds that it was out of stock what ...? why payment can be successful if there is an item out of stock yesterday.
1 ★Promotional code didnt work and I have to pay for full price. I tried to use the live chat but they didnt give me any follow up after they told me they will get back to me asap. It was the last stock and I really want that piece. Used to be a fan but sorry not sorry, ngga lagi lagi deh balik ke sini.. Kecewa dengan cust supportnya.
3 ★Love this app, service, info, everything was good. Except the fact that many clothes are always running out of stocks. Its get frustrating when everytime look forward to purchase them and they are still out of stock. Please do most of restock them.

1 ★Annoying app!!! I get it if you're celebrating a birthday. But gosh. How many times per day and for how many weeks do you need to spam us? That "Happy Birthday Pomelo" notification has become super annoying. Uninstalled the app.
4 ★I cant seem to view any of the outfit images. Starts from home to each product displayed. This happened after ive updated the app. I can only browse thru the web page on my laptop :( pls fix this asap guys. Other than that, Im a loyal customer :) p/s: pls open one in Malaysia soooooonnnnn! :D so we dont have to buy online.
3 ★This app has a nice, user-friendly interface. However, my gripe would be that Pomelo is not entirely size-inclusive so if you're busty and/or have big hips, this brand isn't for you. It's a great pity as they have pretty outfits. The clothes are pricey too, but quality-wise, it meets my expectations.
2 ★Took me 7 attempts to finally be logged in. Everytime I click in to check some items, when I want to go back to listings, I start again at the top. Crazily overpriced. I'll stick with SHEIN.
1 ★Order cancelled due to app error.. tried to make the order again and I faced the same problem.. wanted to make use of the 20% first in app purchase coupon.. but I can't even make my order.. please fix it before the code expires..
3 ★Error in showing the accurate price when checking out. So, I put the wrong discount code and paid expensive price for the goods. And other errors shown when updates or needed updates. And they update very often.
4 ★More convenient than using the website, especially on mobile. However, it can be quite slow and laggy when there are big sales. If you can fix that, it'd be great.
2 ★I bought glasses, but the glasses just have one nosepad. This is my first time having online shopping from pomelo but it's makes me feel disappointed. I hope in the future, you must check it first when you want to ship it.
