1 ★Worst customer management - I have placed my order vide ONW789180 and paid security deposit. Wanted to modify the product but I could never talk to customer care executives. If you call to helpline number it will go on for 10 mins waiting and later will disconnect. No response to the email also. Very much disappointed.
4 ★It's been quite long time that I have been ordering from furlenco but for the first time I didn't receive the products properly as half of the things were Missing and half of the things where broken or scratched...rather than that yes it is a very comfortable place to order from with good quality products it's just till you getting good help.
1 ★At the last leg or end of subscription tenure, FURLENCO stops sharing security deposit information on their app. This is incorrect. It should continue to appear and if there are any deductables so Same should be visible to Customer with details. App lacks so many details after having used this for 6 months now.
1 ★Horrible service. They will take money upfront..almost 3 months rent. After paying, you have to keep calling them for your item. They will tell that they forward the call to someone else and then the call never comes. Harrassment even before you get the product. God knows what will happen after the product is received and you wish to cancel it. Too much hidden charges which are not given on their app. I feel that a lot of the good reviews here are made up.
5 ★An aquantence told me about it but on reading few -ve reviews I was bit sceptical about renting furniture. But when I found various options and combos of furniture +appliances in the app, I was anxious to know more about it and then to go for it. Registration, booking & payment process were simple though the executive helped me out throgh whatsapp and phone calls. Delivery was 1day earlier than promised. Goods were new and in perfect condition. Excellent experience so far!
1 ★Horrible customer support. To return the appliances I have written so many mails, tried to contact their customer care on chat as well as on call but u nvr get any response from them. U don't respond and what if a person is vacating the property. One can't leave the products outside so what should a person do if relocating to a different city. Now m nvr gonna rent frm this app. Rent from them only if u have a lot of time to waste in their process full of hassle. Horrible service

1 ★Seems like after sales Furlenco team has a habit of forgetting its customer. They have stopped the swap option and I can't get hold of the customer care to cancel my current subscription. I was supposed to get a call back within 72 hours of raising cancellation request and have not gotten a call back in over 5 days and have not been able to connect to anybody in the customer team
1 ★I given wrong account number due to typo due to which refund has processed to wrong account number. I requested several time to raise complaint with your bank so that my bank will action on it. But I received response saying that there is no such policy and finance team does not aware of raising such complaint.. If you type in Google wrong account transfer it will show what needs to be done. I dont know what is problem in raising one complaint with your bank as your are the payment originator.
1 ★The customer support is useless and pathetic. You call on the mentioned number and there would be no response despite waiting on line for 15-20 minutes. Raised a call-back request over the chatbox section multiple times but again no response. Try rentomojo instead.
5 ★The refrigerator that I booked looks as good as new. I've received the delivery on time. Right from registering to furlenco, to getting the delivery to your doorstep, the process seemed pretty convenient.
1 ★There is discrepancy in the subscription amount and the the amount that gets displayed at payment page...Customer support is hopeless. Have been trying to call customer care,but no one is picking it..
