Very poor customer service, they don't care about any customer complaint. For my account, I am not able to set a password because the password option is not visible in my edit profile screen. I sent the screenshot of this screen to the support team. Guess what, they replied back saying, you can easily set the password from edit profile screen. Damn! The fact that I can't see this password option in that screen and I shared a screenshot of the same - was completely ignored by them. Very bad team.

one of the worst app ever i used. they charged for there connect premium service. offered to connect with 10 property oweners with no brokerage. Once i paid, there app didn't show any property with no brokerage. it's a SCAM. DONT USE THIS APP. they will call and ask for more money by asking you to upgrade your plan and then they will help finding property. they will only call you to upsell their plans but when it comes to customer service, they won't even answer.

Purchased premium, but its not working as they mentioned... Its a fake promotion... and also fake enquiries they will provide... whichever enquiry i got most of it are fake. You can't call or message to those number... Even I tried to contact but no response from their executives... Bad experience... Dont purchase their packages...

Very very worst application and a fradulant i have seen ever. Most of the properties are posted by mediators and property location are not matching with the post I have posted the a week ago and raised a complaint in the g form but I haven't get a single call from your side very worst customer service ever

Worst customer help experience among all apps. They keep you waiting more thn 30 min, I am waiting for resolution since 2 days after multiple calls and still nobody is willing to assist. They don't even concern about user problem. Don't waste your money.

Guys request all not to buy the premium plan and not to download this app. The premium plan is just a fraud . All properties those listed is already sold out or incorrect number, these people won't even return back the money.. it's a fraud app ne aware Fraud app, they are not even giving my money

In a single line I would say, they are fraud. They have a big list of properties but in my experience most of them are already sold out and rest are misleading. Not recommended at all

They are scamming the people, after purchasing paid plan no reponse from RM, once a week they suggest some property which wont be as per the requirements. Getting money back from money buy back involves lot of terms. Better to use olx than this one

Where is Map View similar to nobroker? I'd like to select and view properties based in a certain radius. Nobroker's map view is very convenient.

I took 45 days money back plan for finding a rental property. Not even 1 visit was made. There is no supervision of what is status of service going on for customer. After 45 days they denied the refund. They are asking to claim before 45 days,,, Illogical and way of cheating!

Payment failed twice and not refunded the amount and didn't recieved any mail regarding payment transactions. Not recommended to anyone. Pathetic service really unhappy to choose this app to pay rent. I'll suggest to management and government services to watch this company for transactions and customer service. loss 15,224 Rs ๐๐
