If I have been a defected peace ...it is not my fault I don't agree with your policy first of all why do you take extra shipping costs.. no Amazon...Myntra L.R etc charge shipping costs and more over when you piece is defected it is not our fault then why extra charges..in this case no one would like to be your customer....If you have this policy I am sorry no one would like to be by from you...and moreover neither Amazon ..LR Myntra etc take these shipping costs ๐ alas! I want my paid tax

I have bought nighties 2 times from this website . Both of them quality wise good . Just one courier took 2 days long to deliver . But the customer care ( tanu and ashish) addressed the issue . One request, if the response from customer care could be a little more faster . Thank you

First took a lot of time to deliver, size not perfect so went to exchange but they don't have exchange offer so I selected refund option but still not received refund

You guys are fraud. The customer service is pathetic. No one picke up the call or just keeps on transferring the call. Recently made a purchase but as the size was not proper, made a return. It has been more than a week and I have neither got my money back or even any response on the app for a replacement. The app still shows awaiting return pickup

Worst app for shopping. The products are fake and cheap quality. Secondly, in case of return. They do not return full amount and try to hold back certain amounts without any explanation. Their call centre and customer service is pathetic. They have withheld partial payment of refund for a prepaid order without providing reason. Pls NVR buy anything from them.

Very poor return and refund policy, first of all they are not ideal to size, I ordered a dress of my size which is almost similar in almost all branded dresses and it was not right fit for me, now no option for exchange, I request for return which took5 days to pick up and it's almost 5 days ithas not reached to their store,so no refund till date. App showing product in transit, seems like ordering from China that it remains in transit forever. Can't trust such app with prepaid orders.

BAD. Read reviews and still wanted to try. My 1st 2 orders were ok, mostly the products sent will need an alteration for sure, either they are tight or it'll not even go through your head. Felt like it's a place to just watch beautiful dresses at affordable cost, not to buy and use it. And now with my latest order, it is more than 2 weeks n the products were not even shipped. Asked abt it in customer care, they said it'll b dispatched in a day, still din't happen.again contacted n had to cancel.

This is not a very reliable app, I paid for 4 items but received only 2 and their tele support is useless and offered no help, this seems like a fraud setup, as I just read about similar thing happening with other users too. Buyer Beware! Edit: even though I have sent an email I have not received any resolution, so yes, this is a fraud setup

Nice app with nice collection. I didn't purchase any products, so I can't comment on their services or product quality. The reson for the low rating is that they annoy you with non-stop notification about your cart pending items(I got almost 30 notification within a minute). Super annoyed and uninstalled on the 2nd day itself.

Don't order any item from this app. Worst app i have ever seen. Not received the item shown in this app. Also the quality of the product is too bad. Also I have opted for return the product on 25th November itself but no more updates from their side. They responded only after they received my mail on 29th Nov 2021. Bad experience.
