2 ★It's been working good but after today's update I cannot accept offer card. Tapping offer card doesn't work, after the time elapsed even I "Dismiss" and "Go Online" isn't working. I've reinstalled app and restarted phone but still cannot accept. I've missed 5 rides which affected my acceptance rate.

1 ★away from all of the negative and positive things... the most important thing is the percentage which make captains tend towards other apps
3 ★Google map in careem app is not perfect. It's always shows the one or 2 building ahead or behind. So kindly update the map perfectly. For old drivers is not an big issue but definitely it's in big issue for new captions. Beacouse if you miss the exit then it's been long way to come back to exact location. Secondly in cash trips one you reach the destination and press cash collect option and customer want to continue the trip. Then app does not go back to normal. So kindly resolve all these.

1 ★No more earning plateform for riders earning 0 after update trip rate 10. and hire to much riders m working with careem 2 years but now i leave careem 😠 mostly riders use fake gps and careem do nothing labour better than careem riders now .
1 ★App needs reset after some rides, apps need exit and reopen after almost every ride. GPS is not fully integrated. So many time shows wrong pickup of 20,30 meters. Apps needs sms and call option within app instead of calling careem and request to forward. And so on. Most of the time app is not able to show pickup and drop off when a captain is receiving ride. Also bad options of rating. Only a single customer can destroy your all rating and many more issues.
1 ★I have a serious concern and feedback. I have been working with Careem since 2016 but i need to highlight that main feature of careem is not working now a days which was appear on top. Now whenever we get a ride, it doesnt appear on top. If we are navigating towards client's drop off location and suddenly a ride comes. The music keeps on ringing but ride doesnt come on top. Now we have only 10 seconds to find that ride. Close maps, tap home key, find careem app, open careem app and then see
1 ★Very bad app. Once you accept a trip request than it says that it was accepted by another captain. This app has been in the market for a very long time but you never fix such issues. You need to make it nicer like Uber and others app.
5 ★Please review the app following issues: 1- Non-stop trip request notification until the trip ended 2- disappearing of every button on the trip page sometimes as I can't end the trip on time 3- In addition to the choice of auto accepting trip, please add the same to the navigation to be auto as well, in both cases of auto accepting and normal accepting I have to press on the screen. Auto navigation is important and can speed up the captain response before missing the right way while driving
