1 ★Beware! This company seems more like a fraud! I booked a hotel through this app, but when i contacted the hotel they said there is no such booking/reference number. Then I cancelled my booking and was supposed to get a full refund in 2 weeks. Still waiting for the refund since January 2023 despite regular followups and mails.
1 ★Don't download because if they decide to cancel your booking. They won't pay you back. They'll tell you they are prioritising the refund when they are doing nothing. Getting in touch with their customer service is equally horrible and difficult. They don't let you speak to no manager or senior staff to escalate the issues. Not even the finance department. They are stealing peoples hard earned money in such difficult times. Never again.
1 ★MISLEADING/ SCAM Booked a hotel and under the price a notation of no extra charges. After booking, received an email with a notice that there will be extra charges. When I proceeded to cancel, they insisted on taking a EGP 600 convenience fee. While there was no convenience at all but actually scam.
1 ★I downloaded this app hoping to take advantage of the airline ticket deals but at the end they added a convenience fee. So this whole experience became an inconvenience for me. I knew this was too good to be true as turkish airline was cheaper for the same flight options i saw in the app. Update. Also i can't even use my Karam cashback on the tickets.

1 ★Really bad experience. At the time of buying ticket amount appeared in payment window was different from the amount deducted from my bank account. Excess amount of Kd 5.6 was deducted from my bank. I have never faced such issues while purchasing air ticket from other online websites. your response to my comment is totally irrelevant. At the time of transaction the amount appeared on payment window was different from what was deducted from my bank account. IT'S TOTALLY UNFAIR TRANSACTION.cheating

1 ★It's been more than two years I requested my refund. Still in Progress. I give 0 star if that option is there. After mailing and calling to customer service, they replays "will refund it shortly". That short period continues after 2 long years. Booked 2 ticket. One refunded. 1 still pending(Booking ID 1483263 booked on 27-jan-2020). It will take 2 more years it seems. Now they are not even replying to mails property. Only bot replys.

I booked a flight more than 3 months ago and paid on spot.Until 90 minutes before the flight the booking wasnot confirmed despite I paid the full amount!!!. It has been 3 months since I was promised the refund and nothing yet! I called customer service many times and sent multiple emails. I keep on getting fake promises and my emails are ignored! NEVER DOWNLOAD OR USE IT. Update--> still nothing
1 ★Very bad experience with this app I don't recommend it at all, I made the reservation despite the availability of the reservation on the airline's website and after 24 hr the tickets finished, I didn't received confirmation and my money taken when I called them they didn't answered with logical reasoning And in the end they send an email that the reservation is complete and I have no place If I need to book again should to give them more money, I never recommend them. 1 ★Excessive unpleasant verifications Upon online booking, and paying the full amount towards tickets, it was showing "pending confirmation", I had undergone debates and unnecessary verifications, and being asked for my card details. Upon my various following up calls, it was obvious that customer service team is very professional, but the process in Rehlat requires too many improvements, and doesn't support automatic / smooth posting nor issuance of tickets Feedback is a gift!

Everytime they're telling its on the process, and I don't know when their processing will end:( When I try to contact the customer service center the call is not reaching. I send a lot of emails, but everytime getting a same response that it's under process
