1 ★Hi their... First lines are very few must add more lines... Second you should add Pre-booking for trips if i need to book a trip to take me tomorrow i can't do that because that not time work of lines!!! How come?!! This app is very weak and unhelpful
4 ★Everything is great, application is easy, you can contact the Captain, customer support are great. Yet only more safety is required to upgrade the system to automatically detect the stations thus captain not to be distracted with mobile like current experience.
3 ★It is good as a start but it needs a lot of development as, ability to contact wz the driver, online payment, set exact timing for stations, show the bus location before reservation, option to show the line stations after reserving it
2 ★I have a proplem once I Opened the app there was error msg that too many follow up request 21 and no bus lines appeared kindly help me to resolve this issue . I deleted the app and installed the newest one but still face the same issue . My mobile , oppo F7 Andorid version , 8.1 Hello, any uodates .
1 ★Application didn't work on multiple devices. Customer services is extremely bad. Emails are unanswered and calls are shut down after being left for over 5 minutes on hold. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.
1 ★I booked a bus and after waiting for 15 minute I got a message that my bus had arrived and a simultaneous one that I have missed my bus!! I thought may be I didn't see the bus and booked another one that miraculously carries the same license plate of the one I'm supposed to have missed. It also didn't move so I cancelled my trip and deleted the app.
1 ★I enter a pickup and a destination that already ARE a part of one of the lines and the app keeps telling me there are no suitable lines, can't even make a booking!

3 ★It was a good experience, but you need to add more destinations, more bus lines, try to add more bus stops and making them more specific and also add more buses, so we don't need to wait long time for the bus to arrive.
1 ★Doesn't work. Needs to be fixed quickly or removed. Bus lines timing is not matching the booking request. Always tells the line doesnt operate right now even it is during the operating hours updated in application.
1 ★I couldn't sign in, however I have user name and password!! I uninstalled the app and reinstall again but, again, couldn't register either by phone or email or Facebook!!! Careem BUS shall reply and advise the solution if they care about the customers.
3 ★when logining to the app for the first time, the ReCAPTCHA is not working. so I can't continue. Also the same problem when trying to sign up.
