1 ★Saw an advert offering AED 40 off with code hellouae today. So I install the app and behold the code doesn't work. I contacted support they tell me the code is not valid which is not a great user experience when I literally saw the offer 10mins before trying to use it. I would stick to the more established apps like Talabat, Zomato, Deliveroo who's offers actually work.
2 ★The app itself is great, my issue mainly though is with the fact that your only communication with carriage is through a chat window which is not always convenient as the agent sometimes takes forever to answer while you're waiting or while you're driving and can't text but need to adjust something to your order urgently before it's been picked up. Also, when you ask to be called back, agents don't always do that ( I've been waiting for a call since Thursday) Driver tracking never works anymore
1 ★I will be more than happy to change my rating as Carriage improves. Monthly subscription option is perfect for the consumers, and deserves appreciation. However, - Out of date promotions are listed which no longer are accepted. (this is a major issue as it is against the consumer rights and it is false advertising) - Incomplete menu selections in certain restaurants. - Delivery durations are well over the competitors. - Unrefined "comzisation" dropdown menus disabling the order of chosen item.
2 ★you guys have a problem with Galaxy A50. the app just wouldn't start. customer service in Bahrain is outrageous, there was only 1 customer chat agent who was unable to attend the issues customers were facing. September 7th, 2019: any update here? You still didnt fix this problem. It's been 2 months.
1 ★Very very bad experience. First off I tried this app after getting an ad that says there is a 30sr discount on the first order and once I downloaded it I couldn't register the loading is forever I had to close app and reopen still didn't work then registered via web browser and came back to the app every time I ordered I couldn't give my area it kept saying minimum 10 numbers required for the phone number and in which I clearly put 10 numbers and it didnt work I had to close app and reopen it (1)
1 ★The app always crashes for no apparent reason, and when I want it to work I have to delete the app and download it again. And the customer service is a joke by this point, keeping me on hold after they answer me for over 15 minutes. If I could give a lower rating than 1 I would.
1 ★For the past month, I have been getting a black screen whenever I open the app, and the app is not working. To solve this issue, i had to EVERYTIME uninstall and install the app again. Eventually it comes back to the black screen. FIX IT PLEASE!
1 ★Fake offers and when you call the customer service provider they told you that the application was installed before on the same device which is wrong, the i tried on friend's device also the same then after facing them that it's fake offer the closed the chat window.... It's my first time to review an app moreover people must be careful from adding their credit or Debit info to this untrusted app. Good luck
1 ★Very bad app. Charged me on my account and then say that they can't deliver due to systems issue. It took forever before they called me. I was waiting for over 45 minutes. Customer service takes a long time to reply. App keeps having connection problem. I don't even know how I would be able to get my refund. I will never use this app again. Don't waste your money.
4 ★I have had Carriage app for a while and has been working without any issues. Recently I have noticed the app crashing alot, I have uninstalled it and downloaded it 2 times but still the same. Please look into the issue. Thanks
2 ★There is a lot of connection issues specially when you place an order and you go to track it it's says failed connection reconnect again and also to track the driver the map zoom out at the maximum every time you want to track the driver it become like this and the dot of driver in the map didn't move. I hope you will fix these issues. Thanks.
