1 ★Worst app I ever use, the verification sux! I given my passport, id, driving license, international driving permit, Telco bill, water sewer bill, water bill and yet still telling me my documents is not complete, do not accept scanned and need visa! You have more info on me than any organization in my own country! Malaysia pp do not need visa! Train your staff! You don't accept PDF which is original bill and they don't accept converted jpg, no people print hardcopy!WTH! Now they reset my profile!
3 ★First, the app is very good and needs an update. I am disappointed for fee service it's clem at 25%, but I found out 45% for fee service or more?????? It is a truly nice service, but I am not sure it is worth it to rent a new car with them 😄 they don't fix a smart contract for a new car, MG MARVEL R?????? I am looking forward to hearing back from customer service to help with the service fee
1 ★It's really terrible. After I behaved always well, now I changed my driver license with Belgian one, and they don't want to accept it. Reasons are always generic and my account is restricted. I wrote several times to the service to ask clarifications, but they do not reply. I am really really disappointed.
1 ★Don't use the app they just want to waste your time and steal your money, i booked a car and then received a notification minutes before pickup time telling me the car wasn't not available, so we agreed to take another vehicle that was 15 minutes far from the first. But they wouldn't change the return time, and charged me late return fee. They cause their clients inconvenience, waste their time and then charge fees for late return.
