4 ★App is easy to use. you can search for addresses but firectuons are not given. some sort of google map style directions would make this app 5 of 5 stars💥💥💥💥
2 ★Altough the service is really good, the app is lacking improvements! There are not many functionalities, the graphics are bad and it look like it's been designed 10 years ago and never changed. The community will certainly be happy if Communauto uptaded the app!
1 ★Wow people who designed this app should get an award for worse app ever. Did you even test it before putting it out there seriously???? It's not user friendly. I have been trying to reserved a car since 11 am and kept received" an error occurred" finally 7 pm. Fyi not my first using this app, multiple times unfortunately. Bravo... That make me miss car2go and whiling to change service at first chance
3 ★Communauto booking works but not flex feature . Booking works but you can't tell when car will be available or when it won't like a real time scheduler. Flex car sometimes appears, sometimes disappear so this feature is fully compatible with all phone.
1 ★I am using google pixel 4a and i could not open the apps since day one, i tried contact communeauto and the apps. No news at all. Poor apps
1 ★App is poorly designed. It's kind of messy and difficult to get the hang of it. There's also a lot of options missing. You can't even manage your subscription effectively from the app.
1 ★It broke on Android 10 so now unusable. On 9 it was not very good but got the job done (just barely). The option to view a cars full day schedule is desperately needed.
3 ★Glad to have a Car2Go like service back. The app still missing few features, and does not work when you are using roaming data. But I am hoping it will be fixed soon.
1 ★App is broken. I did an update and I can no longer log in at all. Changing passwords, reinstalling does nothing. Customer support can't help either.
