3 ★Super app, mais en date du 16 mars 2025, on doit continuellement se reconnecter à chaque fois qu'on ouvre l'application. Régression par rapport au comportement historique et nuit à l'expérience client. Je veux bien entrer mes identifiants de temps en temps, mais à chaque fois c'est beaucoup.
1 ★Worst experience since the update. App keeps logging me out after 20 minutes and I have to constantly sign in.

1 ★The system goes down all the time and then you are just stranded. The app glitches all the time too. Never use it if you need to get somewhere for a certain time. Never rely on it to work or any customer service
4 ★I've not had the app problems others have. It works! The app has improved over the past year, as well. The one thing about the Comm cars is the disarray people leave them in. When I've gotten into a car I've had to go to Canadian Tire to replace broken wipers 3x, filled almost empty tanks, cleaned a ton garbage & been left with zero wiper fluid 3x in a row in the dirty winter (which is dangerous). 4 stars for needing more member accountability. But overall, I love the service!
1 ★I wanted to report a doubled billed payment. The app shows overlapped bookings for the same car I drove! lol Very bad customer service. You spend ages waiting for someone to answer your call.. And yet no response. But they are so quick when it comes to answering a booking request.!
1 ★Unable to use QC account in ON, unable to get a password reset code, until I choose to re apply to an ON account. Then, found no nearby cars. 1 car was 20min drive/ 1h bus away, and charged more than other alternative apps. When I have been lucky to get a car, they are usually very dirty inside. One time there was a rotten salad left in a car. I wish the service and app were better, because the concept is great in theory.
1 ★It's unfortunately unusable in Downtown Montreal. There's almost never a car available and when it is it's lost in the maze of private underground parkings and it's impossible to access. Can't recommend
