1 ★It's unfortunately unusable in Downtown Montreal. There's almost never a car available and when it is it's lost in the maze of private underground parkings and it's impossible to access. Can't recommend
1 ★AM/PM bug automatically changes reservation times to something you never entered. Unless you really scrutinize every entry, you are liable to get charged a $50 late fee because the app changed your time entry to something else.
1 ★This company is a scam. If you ever need customer service forget about it.
1 ★These guys don't get back to you when signing up. You don't get no emails from these guys but they'll only on here when you give them a bad rating, for example.
1 ★Honestly if I could rate negative stars, I would. It's thoroughly inconceivable how poor the service is. 8 months ago, my account was HACKED. I have documented proof and contacted customer service for a total of 15 times. EVERY TIME I was on hold for 40+ minutes without anybody answering (yes I tried all options in the menu). I've contacted my bank to sever the link of my credit card, yet they still pester me every two weeks about unpaid balance. I CAN'T EVEN LOGIN. Avoid at all cost.

4 ★I like the option of having a car that's insured for road trips. My only significant complaint is the lack of vetting for membership or retribution for damages done to vehicles. Perhaps, they could just change the app to take pictures before start and before finishing each trip. And like the existing promotions where one gets 15 minutes for using a car that's been parked a while, they could offer weekly fluid & status checks for free time. Overall I love the service. It's really Affordable.
1 ★Glitchy App, stopped using Communauto because of it.
5 ★Honestly the fact that this app is rated is so poorly baffles me. In the last year, and especially since the last update, the app and car booking experience bas improved dramatically. In addition they bought a bunch of new cars (it's not always a Toyota Prius anymore). For me i use the Flex cars consistently and buy an unlimited monthly pass and i can't tell you how much i love the convenience of having a car at my fingertips.
1 ★This app can not be opened on my phone from time to time (while it still can be opened on my tablet at the time), and it often doesn't work when I need it most. I have to cancel my reservation because of this issue. It is very frustrating.
