1 ★This app is the most unsafe ride/bike hailing app out there. I book rides for my father. The riders sometimes dont even have their number plates on but more horrifying than that is the fact that tracking is faulty and stops when rider starts the ride. It has happened multiple times and it is UNSAFE.
2 ★The app is good, but you have to call them again n again to report a problem. The chat support is near to zero. Rider cancel the ride and you have to trace it and feels helpless while he has your parcel. It is not good for delivery
2 ★There are many issues and it needs to be fixed I ordered bykea and bike partner reached at the exact location but couldn't continue the ride because the APP was not allowing it to.It said he was too far away.This has happened twice now.Nor me or the partner is at fault.This needs to be fixed immediately.And the app or the company is too biased,if you cancel the ride it always refers to the partner as the reason of cancellation.The app itself has issues. Truly disappointed
1 ★Ride hailing experience is pathetic. Firstly the user interface and experience is extremely poor. The algo keeps on blocking me if I do not accept the offer if don't like. And lastly their drivers demand for higher fare and argue at the end of ride saying that bykea rate is too low and that they want more fare. All in all the worst ride experience when compared to the two competitors.

1 ★"Bykea Scams" Bykea is totally becoming scammers apps, as their partner drivers are unprofessional and threat customers after getting their phone numbers through app while we book the ride. Recently I had an experienced with their partner who is continuously calling me after I cancelled the ride and asking me to meet personally. Their chat support is also a big scam where you don't receive any response until you online but they respond after couple of hours and close the chat without solve
1 ★Don't download this app all fake drivers and always asking extra money and when you complain about it also no response I wish I can give 0 star
4 ★Overall the app is good. Except there is a major flaw. When pinning locations for ,drop off you can't choose the receipts location from the map directly. You have to manually select the exact area which takes a lot of effort and time. If somehow this can be fixed or the app can be linked to Google maps it will be a great feature for the app.
1 ★Most riders are so weird, they don't even know the routs, i had two to three bad experiences and missed my bus because of that one biker who was 10 minutes late, not recommend at all.
5 ★The app is user friendly, and services are affordable than other ride hailing services. I also had good experiences with riders and drivers.
1 ★Affiliate program is very bad I invited 10 friends but no reward and support system is very bad no response in details only received bot messages so don't waste your time for bikeya permotion.
