2 ★This app could be great with a few modifications. I continually have issues with viewing my cameras. Sometimes it works good and most days there are issues, cameras are offline, buffering constantly, unable to view, etc. Please Fix these issues.
1 ★This app doesn't automatically open and allow you to immediately see when someone rings the doorbell. if the person ringing the bell doesn't wait, you will miss them. I am definitely going with another carrier as soon as my contract is up.
5 ★Easy to use! Being able to arm and disarm, view our cameras remotely, open and close the garage as well as operate our deadbolts is fantastic! Looking forward to adding thermostat and lighting controls with this as well. Adding or Sonos speakers within the scenes is a nice little touch.
3 ★I cannot view the live service on my skybell camera. I get a picture that looks like multi-colored Christmas lights. Therefore, I cannot identify when someone is at the door. Only a figure in multi-colored lights. Everything else works.
1 ★Doorbell camera goes off constantly even at the lowest setting. Uses up all video space in two days for the month. So useless. Had cars being broke into in neighborhood and couldn't pull up any doorbell video. Had vivient and dident have these issues. But moved to a new house and this is what I get.
2 ★Garage doors pulse in the app, leaving a false reading as to whether the door is closed or open? Still seeing garage pulse for about 45 seconds and not change immediately on the app. I have called 30 times regarding this matter and it has not been corrected.
1 ★I am also an android user who is having a problem viewing live footage from doorbell. I called guardian who was not helpful. They defered me to skybell company who also were not helpful. Still no resolution! My husband has an iphone and has no problems with it.
3 ★Every time I try and look at the camera after the system notify me that someone entered the house through the front door, basement door , and garage occasionally their is not video to view of that happening. Can anyone help in this situation??

2 ★This app sucks its hit and miss using the doorbell cam. I cant always see who at the door
1 ★Removed the ability to open/close garage without going to an additional window. Meanwhile, arming/disarming alarm can be done without going to an additional window. Restore ability to open/close garage without transferring windows.
2 ★Constantly have issues with the app! Layout needs to change...I always hit the Panic button by accident through the app on my phone. Its right in that spot while scrolling thru
