This is an Ecommerce application from where a general user can approach GROZ Company to request for purchase of its Products. Also a user can access all products and segments information from this application.Notes of Features:
Basically, this app is based on sharing the latest information about Tools & Equipment offered by GROZ to its customers.
At login, a Popup may appear which presents new offers from GROZ to its customers.
At Homepage, user will get a dashboard where he/she will have the complete information of Products and segments.
User will be able to find out nearby stores of Groz Tools from Store Locator Button.
Performance Dashboard is a tab from where company user will be able to see its customer service complaints and requests.
From My Profile section, users will able to edit their information like email id mobile numbers address and designation etc.
My Dealers will show the list of dealers under the particular login and in its area.
My retailer tab shows users listed under this login for Selective users
New registrations of any type of users in the application will be reviewed & approved by the GROZ team.
Service Team user can see their team service requests and status from My Service request Tab.
Few other tabs such as Activity Calendar, Communications help the users keep track of major upcoming events & soft copies of GROZ Catalogues & Product Videos.
