4 ★I really like the idea and with a couple of adjustments this can be something for the future. First; Let us adjust the price range so that this who invite and request are on the same page in terms of the price Second; If you're already have booked a place, make you're status as booked and from when you are available to rent from So with few adjustments the app can find profiles with more solid matches and that would make it more effective and easy to use.
4 ★good but could be better The idea of the app is good, however listing do not change for weeks in the most important areas (ex: Barcelona) and a lot of people tend to ignore invites or decline to talk... probable I would choose the old fashion renting because also a lot of info is not provided ( listings with one photo:/) and why is there no filter for deposit if it is a field included in the app? Review on bug update: even with the fixes, the app still lets users to put deposit not specified...
1 ★It used to be a nice app, very useful to find roomates, but they decided to change their business model charging a lot of money to both, tenants and hosts. Since there are other options out there, just as or more effective as this one, I am no longer using the app.
2 ★I began to use this app yesterday and I've been constantly spammed with messages to my lock screen. The properties they offer in London are hugely overpriced, compared to other websites and they sort of bully you with this messages while you are logged on. There are no settings to stop this so it is a direct line to the property speculators. Only useful if you have loads of money, in which case you would not use a app like this one. Uninstalling in 3, 2, 1...
1 ★So I have used to it to find a room in London. However I was very lucky. I would give it initially 3-4 stars, because app is pretty stable, easy in use, good filtering,nice map picking, decent payment system, decent in app communication, howveer there are 2 things that changed my mind. Firstly, App in London is polluted with Agents from third party Estate agencies, who create profiles, create fake property adverts. The moment you request the property they cancel it and message you asking to message them on whatsapp and arrange meeting with them so they can show you what other properties they have availbale. Literally 90% of properties on Badi are run by the same 3 Estate agencies. I walked into all 3 of them and there was literally around 100 people in each, doing precicely that. Faking adverts, and luring people in to see what other properties are availbale. Pretty sure that was not an original idea of the app, and completely defeats the point of it. Second reason is a customer complain handling from their marketing team. Since I've used the app I've made connection with CEO of Badi on Linked in. He recently posted something about the app, so I left a comment explaining the situation with their application in London. 5 minutes later I get notification that "Marketing person form Badi" views my profile and comment was gone(that marketing person deleted it). No response to it, no messaged on linked it to give feedback. Literally middle finger. I dunno how the situation looks like in other cities, but avoid it in London, waste of time, you might as well go on Estate agents website, same thing.
1 ★"Pay Premium or leave!" I had an account listings hidden cause I stopped paying premium and waited a bit too long to analyse the tenants and reply to them later. Created a 2nd account, denied most of them promotly, only took my time to wait for an enquire of a couple more tenants and BANG, listing hidden again! They really push the 15€/Month premium,which is too high for individuals and Agencies have taken over the space, Ruining the experience for both Sides!
1 ★Alot of negative feed back here but I still thought let me download and try it out. As soon as I downloaded. It says. Oh no Internet connection. Is not true. I have Netflix, my Computer and Utube on my phone working. I tried again same issue. Then I deleted the App what a shame.
1 ★Lots of scammers and fake adverts on here. Beware! There's listings of the exact same room from different people. There's other listings for £600 in the middle of London for extremely fancy flats, asking you to get in touch outside of the app (scam alert...) The worst thing is, the people listing these flats all have a 'Trusted' status on them, making them all look legit. Take that status away from them, and remove their scam listings from the app. It's a waste of time & malicious.
1 ★DO NOT USE THIS APP. They are money grabbers. They have no refund process at all, they will ask you for money to get better reach/benefits (which doesn't work and makes no difference to your ad) I paid over £20 for a 'boost' and better advert options. I had no difference whatsoever in experience with the app & was told they offer no refunds or help. You haven't responded to my last 3 emails so do not make further lies, you blamed everything on Google Play & never mentioned 'reviewing my case'
1 ★The concept would be nice if it would work 🙄 but sadly nobody replies ( considering that people leave attached to the smartphone nowadays is hard to think is because they don't see the messages ) which makes the concept and app pretty much useless unfortunately..and makes you wonder if published posts are even real or verified 🤷🏽♂️
1 ★To use this app you need to upgrade, also as a landlord, otehrwise you are not allowed to talk freely or match with potential tenants. I upgrade 3 days ago and since then the application stopped working, everytime I try to open a conversartion with a new tenant the app starts loading but nothing happens. I have already contacted the customer service and no one has replied me yet. I need a find a flatmate already and I have 15 requests, but I cannot speak with any of them. So worst customer service ever and thie developmetn team shohuld also be able to sovle these bugs. The app has a veruy limited use unless you pay, and if you pay and this is the result, you better look for rooms and flatmates somewhere else!
1 ★The app was awesome and they killed it. It's very hard to use as you can't even chat normally with people. Sometimes conversations juste disappear and the videocall just make the application crash. It's too bad because it used tu be an awesome website
