2 ★I previously used CS but stopped due to fees. After rejoining for a month, I noticed many likely inactive profiles because people can't access them without payment. This happened to me too - e.g. I received requests but couldn't access them, leading to frustration on both sides, neither could I change my profile info or settings. Data should always be accessible and editable, regardless of subscription, and inactive users shouldn't be suggested as potential hosts.
1 ★Absolute SCAM - Charged £51 without me being told. Read the other reviews before downloading. They also had the audacity to lie to my bank to say it was a recurring charge despite me never having used this app before. Customer Service refuses all refunds no matter what. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
1 ★When I was in Miami the only gender being hosted was females. I can understand why women would only want to host other women, but the dudes who were only interested in hosting women clearly were hoping for certain kind of favors. I was in Miami for a year and never got hosted. It really ruined my experience of the service. The designs aught to to encourage people to host both genders other wise it becomes just a women's service.
5 ★People do call it app, we should keep calling it community! Seems like the target has been changing since 2015, more holidaymakers and hookers are using it. It's very appreciable that the cost depends on the currency of your Google account. In my case, Turkish account and spring/summer 2020 halfpriced subscription makes me pay just 1€ a year (5,50€ the first year when tl used to be stronger).
1 ★THEY STILLING MONEY DURING SOCALLED "VERIFICATION" !!!! BE CAREFULL! Once i pushed verify they took 60$ without any nitification and authorization using no legal method of payment. Also the sense was FREE COACH , AND YOU HAVE TO PAY THERE SOMETIMES MORE THAN AT AIRBNB.
3 ★When I'm available to host? I honestly never get messages from travelers before. The day they were supposed to comexclamation point. Honestly, it's frustrating... Because I believe that I am we've been busy as anyone else. Normally is and don't just come back to this app constantly. But it doesn't mean I wouldn't like add to service. Functiother than reminding me. That I could have had an interesting visitor for a few days but didn't....
2 ★It used to be a great app. i don't know why the hell are we paying for it when the service that we do for the guests is free. The second thing is you should find a solution for bad people who have bad reviews and can easily make a new account and continue their bad habits. Tie the new account with a governmental document, for example.

1 ★It used to be great. And then they decided that the app for FREE ACCOMODATION should be PAID. WHAT?! Not only that, they had the nerve to advertise it as a good thing "because now you don't have ads". ABSURD. I can't even access my profile to edit my personal information without paying. Bewelcome is a good alternative, luckily.

1 ★Terrible app/website run by a bunch of greedy A**holes, full of bugs, wrongfully suspends. The app is so full of bugs since the recent update that it completely paralyzes my phone, why am I even paying for it?!!!
