In this update, you’ll see that we’ve introduced a new feature to messaging: bulk reply. It’s a way for you to quickly respond to multiple other users if they aren’t suitable for your room/property or if their room/property doesn’t meet your requirements. To keep your inbox manageable and organised, you can also delete those conversations afterwards with just one tap.Plus, when viewing ads for rooms/properties, you’ll now see a list of ads from the same advertiser at the bottom of the screen.

3 ★well I don't know how this app work, but the name and creator of the app looks fantastics anybody would pay a small amount to advertise in here is a great idea for us that sometimes we need to rent a room or to becomes a roommate and makes easy for renters/renteers, is perfect, I don"t know exactly if it works, is a great idea if the creator of this gives choces for peoples to pay one month two or three month and make it real, safe for both renters and roommates or weekly pay, can be nice anyway.
3 ★This is BAIT AND SWITCH app. Pull your wallets out because this will cost you up to $99.99 for its use. Good luck, you'll need it!
5 ★I needed a room in Denver urgently after being hired for a job from out of state. I downloaded a handful of similar apps, but SpareRoom USA was definitely the best of the bunch. After posting an ad and contacting a few renters I found appealing on a Monday morning, I had coordinated tours of multiple prospective rooms by that same afternoon. I'm grateful this resource was available. Layout and features were all I could ask for.
1 ★App is good, only two listings found. They need to promote it more. Also, response from developers shows that they don't understand their customer base and don't strive to improve. This app will never go big enough to be useful!
3 ★It's a good concept but it doesn't have many listings anywhere close to my area. even got curious and expanded my search wider. it may still be a good option in bigger cities. the app defaults to New York city which seems to be its target market.
5 ★Easy to navigate. The people who offer rooms response is quick. The app also offer tips. Great find. I have three showings so far and they offer virtual tours for Covid protection. And there are no ads.
5 ★It worked pretty damn quick! Granted I'm from a very densely populated city, but i got a message from my new roomates litterally within two days of making an account. Its a great app to look into places in a given area and talk to potential roommates quickly. Highly recommend.
1 ★Not an optimal app in finding a place to live. A lot of glitches. Didn't work well for me.
4 ★So far renters and people looking for rooms have been really explanatory in their needs.. I enjoy it now we need rent to own homes owners of homes to have an app like this one.. I'm not previe to realtors during Covid ..It's been a pain ,this app was easy! Happy roomie searching , Thank you app developer and owner great work!
5 ★App is relatively easy to use. I listed my room and days later, was able to connect with a quality potential roomate. There are however, timewasters and scam accounts active on the site like most, so use caution while communicating.
1 ★Terrible service and app! Just another trash app with developers looking to serve only themselves (by asking for money) rather than helping you find a temporary home.. Tenants always read renter messages but hardly ever reply. When they do reply it's some desperate creep looking for a romance with a stranger they know nothing about.
3 ★It's ok. Not great. The app doesn't have a lot of listings. On top of that, the whole early bird thing can be very frustrating. Why pay for the app when there's no guarantee that people will even respond?
