2 ★Unfortunately this is the most popular app with most listings so people have to use it. But the UX is a disaster! It lacks basic features like selecting multiple chats and archiving them. The listing process is a disaster. They send you a code but it doesn't work even if you put the right code. And there's no way to ask for new code. Doesn't save listing as draft. So you have to fill all details again. Just really basic things regarding user experience are just not there!
1 ★Previous issues with the filters seems to be fixed: good. But being a registered user and in spite of the app saying that I can change the country of search in the menu, when I do so I keep getting a blocking error message saying either the password or the country!!! selected do not match the app records. So basically I cannot search in Portugal if I first chose Spain. If this issue is fixed I'd still rate it as 3 stars because a very important filter is still missing: energy certificate. Thx!
4 ★This app and the service they provide are very good. I just have two issues: Firstly, many advertisers spam the same flat all over the map. One of them I had to clean up almost 20 occurrences in different places (for the same flat!). I wish they would police this more. Secondly, the map view does not show your own location so if you want to explore a neighbourhood where you have many favorites it's kinda hard to find them. So four stars for now but it can go to 5 :)
4 ★The app itself is easily navigable and clear. Searches are easy to create and save and updates are easy to manage. The translate option within the app is invaluable! The only thing that lets the app down is the vendors' insistance on not revealing the exact locations of properties. This may not be important to some but to most people its crucial.
2 ★The app is good but there's room for improvement. There are a lot of filters missing. For example, to filter by length of the rental (short term, long term), included things within each room (for example, oven in the kitchen, given that a lot of Spanish apartments don't have ovens). Also, would like to see a definitive "pets" or "no pets" as often they allow pets but don't post it, so screening for pets doesn't work. Also like to choose where I want notifications sent.

I'd also like to be able to choose where I want my notifications and not to be forced to receive them by email and in the app.
4 ★Great app. Really intuitive with the properties it recommends and there is no delay with the speed at which it sends you alerts of when a new property becomes available. Only downfall is that when the only option to contact someone is through the chat feature they never get back to you, but I suppose that is a negative from the person not the app.
4 ★Update: much improved app, and it's possible that it's the best available. Save searches could be better. A number of faults include, returning from looking at a property causes the app to freeze, returning loses your place in what's already been seen. Drawing a map is very hot or miss, with no accuracy which brings up houses not in the drawn area. The Map does not work at all on an iPad. It could be the best app for searching for houses, but need development to make it's useable.
3 ★The app works well but the search criteria is illogical. App does not let you choose separate category of detached stand alone house. Does not let you choose waterfront or seaview properties. The 2 things that differentiate more valuable properties. I like the map search. It has the best properties of all the search engines. I like that it has Top floor in sorting function.
2 ★It seems like it's a little too easy for people to add a listing. If it doesn't already require some kind of ID validation to add a listing, it should. I have seen quite a lot of listings that could potentially be frauds. I have seen listings, where all the pictures suddenly changed to a whole new look. Some of the pictures I have found on other websites from apartments in other places and countries. I have even been in contact with someone who suddently changed the address and price.
1 ★In reality I like the app, the graphical selection of an area is awesome. What I HATE about the app is that it asks EVERYTIME if I want to give it rights to use my GPS to set the location for the search and if I deny it and set "Don't ask again" it becomes even worse, it nags every time that it should be enabled. These developers doesn't think. I am not living in the area where I look for a property, in fact I don't even live in Spain. Yet, it pushes me to give my GPS, it's annoying! Rethink!
5 ★For so many months, I have been using this app to find a decent place to live in Spain, and this is working greatly. Idea to further improve your app: Many times, homeowners rent only short-term. Families looking to move to Spain, such as myself, tend to look for a longer term houses. This (short-term and long-term) could be added to the filters ==> it would make the life of those searching so much easier. Now this functionality is completely missing.
