5 ★It just works, to get it to work I had to bring my car in to get it reprogrammed though
4 ★Vehicle location only updates when it feels like it, might be 8 hours or 2 days. Other functions barely work. Even when it does, takes 1-2 mins for the horn or lights to show up. If they're doing something in the background server wise, people would love to know. This should not be an issue in a 2020 vehicle. Barely usable. Edit: after a vehicle update, it started working.
5 ★Its great when you get it to work, and I'll tell you how. So when your app will not connect, 2 things I know fix this. 1 hold the power button down until the screen goes black and completely restarts,dont let go until this happens. 2 BMW has a TSB for this concern, just go to your BMW dealer and have them perform a software update to correct Connected Drive Services.
5 ★I absolutely love this BMW app. I use my X3 for work and do estimating. I put my calendar appointments in my calendar that comes on my Android OS and put locations in the location field of calendar. It syncs to my BMW app then I send to my car - multiple appointments at a time - then check notifications and select each one. It's so easy.
5 ★Generally a good app with some nice features and a good interface, but sometimes has its flaws. A lot of times it will respond with a failure to send a command, but then when I get to my car it actually worked just fine. Kind of annoying, but now that I just kind of expect it it's not a big deal.
1 ★Paid 150 dollars for the app renewal and the experience has been horrible. Customer service literally googled my concerns on the phone and asked me if I googled the problem. If I pay for a service I expect to have a knowledgeable customer service agent. Waited 30mins for them to Google a fake spotify number to get me off the line. App needs lots of things fixed.

1 ★This app is terrible. Nothing works after repeat conversations with BMW representative. I have an Android phone and the Spotify never connects. I have to disconnect my phone and reconnect continously everytime I get in the vehicle. It's a nightmare. BMW needs to seriously fix these problems. Don't advertise that the vehicle does something if you haven't worked out the bugs. You're misrepresenting the product you're selling. Very disappointed in the app and won't renew my subscription.
1 ★I have used this app for years and never had and issue. I bought a new car custom ordered and added the remote start capability. Remote start or climatizatiom worked well upon till a day ago. The option is no longer available within the app. It is still in my connected drive web account. The option just disappeared from the app. I'm extremely disappointed since that's one of the main reasons I even stayed with bmw this time around.
