After running across this app I figured I would give it a try as it seem to have some pretty good features that I was not able to find in other apps of this type. so after purchasing and trying the app for a bit I realized there were issues I tried contacting customer support and I got a response of doesn't support my vehicle so I asked for a refund and they have not cooperated at all on that front and just keep saying I can wait until it supported. No Refund

1 ★Doesn't work AT ALL which I initially thought would depend on the phone I was using. Tried two other phones since then, no change. On top of that it's a subscription with no communication of a pending renewal and to cancel you still need to have your last invoice -- if you can find the cancellation form at all. Sure, you are within the legal limits but would this be necessary if you had a real good product that's worth the price?

1 ★As requested leaving my review. Do not waste your time with this rubbish. I ordered my device weeks ago and have still not received it. Nothing but excuses from Carly blaming everyone else bar themselves. They bribe you with refunds/discounts for positive feedback and harass you by email. Also, as others have said, this is a yearly subscription and not a one off payment.
