The Air Force Civil Engineer Center, Emergency Management Division (AFCEC/CXR) has produced a new product the Air Force “Be Ready” Mobile App. This app supports the Air Force “Be Ready” Awareness Campaign and complements the Air Force Emergency Preparedness Guide.This app offers the user (military, civilians, contractors, and family members) key resources and personalized selections needed for a disaster/hazard emergency. It includes a list of all the threat information contained in the Air Force Emergency Preparedness Guide. It also includes a functional and customizable emergency supply checklist along with a function that allows users to add important telephone numbers, websites and an option to develop a family emergency plan. Additionally, the family emergency plan function allows members to add important data such as family information, insurance policy information, utilities information and much more.
