Más Penco, Más Ciudad permite la comunicación bidireccional entre vecinos y municipalidad los 365 días del año.A través de la aplicación los ciudadanos podrán enviar alertas en la vía pública, preguntar cuestiones a la municipalidad, sugerir los nuevos servicios que quieren para Penco y recibir alertas y noticias en sus dispositivos móviles.
Los ciudadanos pueden enviar avisos en la vía pública tan sólo sacando una foto, añadiendo una categoría y un comentario. La aplicación detecta la ubicación exacta del aviso, por lo que la municipalidad recibirá el aviso con toda la información necesaria para repararla. Mediante notificaciones sabrás cuándo está reparada.
Todas las funcionalidades de la aplicación se pueden compartir en las redes sociales y los usuarios pueden apoyar, seguir, comentar o añadir más información sobre cada una de ellas.
