Questions & Answers

Q: What is an APK File?

A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.

Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?

A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading).
As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.

Q: Why ApkClean.net can guarantee APK 100% safe?

A: Whenever someone wants to download an APK file from ApkClean.net, we'll check the corresponding APK file on Google Play and allow user download it directly (of course, we'll cache it on our server). If the APK file does not exist on Google Play, we'll search it in our cache.

Q: What are Android App permissions?

A: Apps require access to certain systems within your device. When you install an application, you are notified of all of the permissions required to run that application.

5 ★The app and it's team provide a phenomenal experience for all playstation users on here. I contacted them with a problem I was having and got a response in less than 12 hours! Once I reached out he continued providing prompt feedback to resolve the matter. The flexibility of using any controller you want is another major plus. If Sony provided simple features like this they would have a much better app than it is. While trying to help me the developer even offered a refund to compensate.
3 ★It's good, better than the original remote play app. But would the controller and button mapping management is a bit confusing. Also there hasn't been an update addressing the problem with Android 11 amd gamepads and controllers. It's stated that there's a bug with Android 11 and that it's Google's fault but would like to see if they can make a work around for it.
4 ★Really like the idea of this app!. But im having issues, I can't seem to play from my mobile connection even after entering ip address into the direct connect option?. And descriptions says mobile Internet is all that's needed?. Could someone please direct me in the right way?.
5 ★Wow. I've messed around with a variety of streaming and remote play apps across both PS4 and XB1, and nothing I've used even remotely compares to the flawless experience I've had with this app. Decided to pay up for this one because I'd heard it would support my Razer Kishi. What I got was so much better than expected. Setup seems daunting, but step-by-step instructions make it a painless experience that flies by. You're playing in no time. Put the money down on this one. It's worth it.
5 ★I love this app! I can play FIFA in bed or while sitting on the loo. Awesome! :D Is there a way to use it while travelling? Can't reach my PS4. I can control it with the original app which doesn't allow me to use a wireless controller. PSPlay accepts the controller but it can't find my console. What can I do? Edit: Ah! Port forwarding... got it. Haven't done that yet. My bad.
5 ★I was sceptical at first just based on how terrible the official app is. I went into this expecting nothing better than a polished turd. As it turns out, this is the real deal. I did have to manually configure my router, but the dev went the extra mile to explain how to do easily this. After that, it worked on the first try. Simply amazing. Playing on my OnePlus 7t pro over 5G with a dualsense controller is flawless. This app is definitely worth every penny.
5 ★This app is incredible. I am shocked with how much better this works compared to the official playstation 2nd screen app. This one works flawlessly with pretty much no lag whatsoever. And it can interface with any Bluetooth controller if the dualshock doesn't work. I can't reccomend this one enough.
5 ★The app worked very well to use my Razer Kishi as a PS4 gamepad. Unfortunately I could not use remote play as the system believed I was already logged in. This may have corrected itself by waiting a few more minutes, but I wasn't game to try as I would then be outside the refund window if it still didn't work. P.S. I reinstalled the app later and it worked perfectly. Five stars!
5 ★Phenonmal app. I was initially just looking for an app that allows me to use my phone as a ps5 remote since using a ps5 controller drains heaps of battery. That feature alone would have been worth the price for me. But what I got instead was so much more. Remote play works so well! Was able to set up to both internal and external connect easily. You definitely need some good internet connection though.
5 ★I love this app have been using it since March 2020. Use it everyday. I am on a samsung a71 5g uw and after the new system update the only issue I have is the touch screen is out of sync with the on screen controls. I use a dualshock 4 most of the time. It seems when I use the onscreen left stick with the right stick it suddenly makes both stick move down and right. If the on screen left stick is used the on screen square button becomes circle. Any advice or workaround would be welcome.
5 ★Edit after reply: Just found the display settings, and setup Mobile data play. This app is far superior to Official. So many custom settings and attention to detail. Over 5g games with the system hardwired with high speed internet games are incredibly smooth! Highly recommend upgrading if you use remote play at all.
4 ★Good app, and a nice alternative to the official one which doesnt let you use controllers like the Kishi. I think i found a bug though - in the hope the dev read reads this! - when playing with a kishi controller, once i press the R2 trigger the game acts as if its permanently held down. For example in ff7, you're left with a character who is permanently running once you hit R2 once. The only way to resolve this is to close the app and reopen with a new connection.
