Questions & Answers

Q: What is an APK File?

A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.

Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?

A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading).
As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.

Q: Why ApkClean.net can guarantee APK 100% safe?

A: Whenever someone wants to download an APK file from ApkClean.net, we'll check the corresponding APK file on Google Play and allow user download it directly (of course, we'll cache it on our server). If the APK file does not exist on Google Play, we'll search it in our cache.

Q: What are Android App permissions?

A: Apps require access to certain systems within your device. When you install an application, you are notified of all of the permissions required to run that application.

User's Reivew

2 ★Every time I watch a video, it has to show me an ad. The ad will load up and play 100% of the time. The highlight I'm trying to watch? It loads up and plays maybe 33% of the time. So I have to watch 90 seconds of ads to watch 1 highlight. Hate this app. Its officially trash.
1 ★It seems like every single video I try to watch never works. The ad works great..every time. But the video? Nah, that's not happening. No matter what I do, it doesn't fix the problem. Whether it's reinstalling the app or using a different phone. Horrible.
2 ★This app is consistently unreliable. Video playback takes too long to load or never loads. ESPN+ streaming almost never works and it makes me resign in everyday. This is my experience on a Android phone but it is just as bad on my iPhone. For how much ESPN "touts" this app, it leaves much to be desired.
5 ★I paid my annual subscription to espn + and when I want to watch a game it asks me to confirm the code with my cable provider, the question that if I'm paying for a specific channel is because I don't have a cable provider, they should say that some games don't I can see them if I don't have a cable provider so I wouldn't waste time or money for a half service.
1 ★Over the last week, the app has become almost completely unusable. When clicking on it, it just opens a white screen and almost never loads. I even tried deleting cache and data, force stopping, reinstalling
1 ★Push notifications never direct to correct article or video. Videos hardly ever load. 90% of the time the ad plays followed by nothing. They have pop ups that block you from using the menu all the time. Extremely frustrating app
1 ★Ads stream just fine, but as soon as you get to actual content it lags and outright doesn't stream at all. I've now watched ads 3 times and the replay I was looking for has yet to load. Trash, wouldn't expect anything more from ESPN
1 ★Stories consistently won't load. Videos often won't play but the ads just before it play perfectly fine. I get inundated with NFL news despite it not being tagged in my favorite sports. I don't know what's happening with this app but it's become a joke.
1 ★Please stop the Euro 2020 notifications. I opted in by accident with a pop-up in the app, and was fine with the notifications while the tournament was ongoing. Now, they're just becoming tedious and there's no where in the app to turn them off.
1 ★If it were possible for another media brand as large and as rich as ESPN to have as bad of an app as this, I'd like to see it. This app is seriously the worst. Can't find any story content. Can't view videos, but the 30 second ads wo skip aheads stream fine. Bit the good news is the alerts work...some times and usually for things Ive not expressed interest in.
3 ★Probably they're trying to cram too much in one app, so it's not uncommon for it to crash or just stop working, especially the video stuff. ESPN has gone mad with power as has Disney so here's three stars to take them down a peg.
2 ★Not sure what happened recently but I can only get half of the videos to work. Oddly enough, the ads come through flawlessly. Well played, Disney. Well played.
