2 ★Difficult to use app for booking, to book flight I was asked to provide personal details like date of birth and passport expiration date, date field linked to date widget, but date widget doesn't allow select year, widget let you scroll month by month (face-palm) and application also doesn't allow set year manually, only via widget.
5 ★Nice app, it helps a lot while traveling with Aeroflot. Unfortunately even bookings made on Aeroflot site with bonus number indicated are not always appearing in app automatically. Also it would be better to provide pkpass and not forcing using Pass2U. I have another app, a lot of passengers also, I believe.
1 ★Can't login using ID, email or phone - the app just clears the field without showing any message. Android 7 (iLA S1)
1 ★Tried to check in from NYC to SVO on galaxy s10. The checkin could not be finished because the app required visa number from me after I entered Russian citizenship and Russian passport number. There was no option to bypass the visa. It also requires unnecessary info such as addresses. I eventually checked in on the computer and it didn't ask all those items. Also check in didn't work on any browsers on my galaxy s10. It confused Delta skymiles # with aeroflot and the filed wasn't changeable.
1 ★You need your booking reference in order to see your bookings. Any competent airline app would have all your bookings to hand. Does not even tell you when your membership year starts and ends. Total waste of space.
2 ★Application doesn't work as it should. Always when you open it you get notifications from Google play services error. Also when trying to put my details I can't confirm - it says type address - although it is choosen.
2 ★UI is good enough, and the app let's you do all the basic things you need from booking to meal selection...when it works. Which is rare at best.
3 ★every time when opening this app , I get message about some problem "Aeroflot is having trouble with Google play services. Please try again." That is what I get .
1 ★The app is just a piece of garbage. I have wasted freaking amount of time with it. In reservations not possible to save the phone number, in card delivery address not possible to pass validation. After fighting with Services error I'm done with it.
1 ★Can finish payment thru app!!! Sooo long time After tap on notification in notification bar,it open some page with major flight detaiks but nowhere can't read what was in notification. Only part of notification is possible to read.
2 ★App sends important and useful push notifications, but those cannot be read in the app itself later in full lenght. Also if I'm already identified by the app, why it's not providing details of my next flight by default in some menu?
1 ★I wish i could rate this 1 every time i use it, not just once. The worst app. Like, literally. The UX needs a major overhaul, the login system, forget the design. Inconvenient, and too many notifications
