1 ★Worst airlines ever. Don't even try to install this app. I have had the worst experience in my life flying with pegasus airlines. Me and my family had a transit flight in Istanbul. We, and all the other passengers who had the transit, were treated so badly and disrespectfully!! It was unbelievable. Even ryan air scores better. I will never fly with this airlines even if they are the last one in the universe. By the way, complaining on their website took me more than 7 months to get me my rights!

5 ★The app is beautiful to look at, it's great so far and user friendly as well. You are notified via phone call and sms before a flight is canceled or changed and will be effected as soon as u give a consent to the change.. Flight cost can change during booking process without notification though it doesn't happen very often but I guess that's just business strategy..The only issue with PG is baggage claim.. It takes forever sometimes, although this isn't app related. However so far so good.

2 ★The app is nice , I congratulate the app developers. Problem is the company. Traveling with a music instrument, the staff made me pay an extra 120TL. The girl did not want to understand I can not check a fragile music instrument. Would have been cheaper to travel with Turkish Airlines.
1 ★The flights that was said there is discount were actually not cheap. It is just a misleading.(so-called)cheap flights are increasing so fast. And I cannot even update the app even though I tried like 20 times. What s wrong with it? It is not really professional. And at the airport, They made me wait 2 hours. And there was not even an explanation during the flight. Just sorry for delay because of weather condition.TOTAL LIE. The weather was so good and no other flights are canceled or delayed.
1 ★This is an awful app! It looks pretty, & promises to make everything easy, but does not work properly when you are just trying to log in or do anything. It just waits and waits and nothing happens. Nor is it possible to register on the BOLBOL feature, because the phone number field doesn't allow any other prefix number! So don't bother with it! Mind you, their website doesn't work properly either (on any mobile browser) - so either way you're screwed if you wanna fly with them! Aghrrrr!
5 ★Several times I ordered tickets in the app. Everything was fine. But for a long time I can't buy a ticket through the mobile app. It is not possible to enter the first three digits of the mobile number. So I can't log in to my account. In the "baggage" column, it is not possible to select "no baggage". If I select additional baggage, the application gives an error. Thank you, Pegasus, all problems were fixed, I bought a ticket through the app.
1 ★Countless bugs on the app. For example, payments only work with turkish credit cards. It's a mess if you have open ticket or flex ticket and want to reissue. Today, even seaching for flights gives an error (when you're logged in to bolbol) Contacted and explained all the bugs several times, but the customer service feels uninterested and the bugs are not fixed.
1 ★Worst airline which increases prices every 2 minutes approx.
1 ★It doesn't save the boarding pass in order to use them while offline (as is the case in many airports, especially in Turkey where the company is) which make it completely unnecessary to install - assuming the reservations is made while online :). Many other app of other flying companies save the boarding pass automatically, here you need to print screen but unfortunately, you find out it didnt saved it the moment you need it and of course you dont have it... :). Funny though!!
2 ★I mean seriously? I check in and then I still need my booking number or what to get my boarding card. Every time! That's an absolute joke. For all I care, use fingerprint scanner or a user password but require us to remember the booking number is just silly. Not at all user friendly. Had to take a screenshot of the boarding pass to get around that. Very disappointing...
