4 ★Almost 5 stars. The app works well and I use it often for purchases and boarding passes. My one problem is that my login times out in only a couple days. I have a complicated password which I need to copy from my password manager. My phone is already password protected and there is no need to constantly log in to the app. For this reason I normally use the Air France app (partner airline) as the login never times out in that app.
1 ★I have had the app on my phone for months. im counting down to vacation. Now yesterday, the app just blinked and wouldnt open for me. I uninstalled it and re-installed it and it worked for me, and 8 hours later, it wont open again. I just uninstalled again. please fix. if i cant get my stuff on my phone I will be very upset.
2 ★app quality goes up and down with every update. Recently had a flight cancelled and it's a chore to get the boarding pass for the new flight, while it seems to work fine on iOS. Besides, when i go to my trip it always show me the leg i already traveled; wouldn't it make more sense to just send me to the trip i still have to do?
1 ★They should just take the booking system out of this app. Because they don't want to give 30% of every ticket sold through the app to Google, you're being redirected from the app to their website in the browser to pay there. I payed through the browser and it was showing in my credit card statements. But for some reason they're still unable to localize the payment. So they sent an email telling me to call them to finalize the booking... Could have just called them from the start!?! Then you only have 24 hours to call them back, but the phones are only available during office hours. So don't forget to call them otherwise the tickets might be gone for the price you wanted them for. The app may be better once you already have a ticket, don't know yet.
1 ★The app might look all polished and shiny, but it is not to be used in any way to buy tickets! It was incredibly foolish of me to book a flight through this app, which features a non-functional iDEAL payment scheme. Even though I paid more than 600 Euros (which can be supported with the transaction statement), I cannot seek refund as I do not have a booking number in any form, because the app refused to send me one!
1 ★I received two push notifications that the check-in is available, I clicked the notification but nothing happens. When I relaunched the app it says: Check in is un-avalaible after stucking in the splash screen for more than 20 seconds. No wonder it has 3.8 stars, usually apps less than 4* I refuse to install, unless I am forced to like in this case. I hope part of that super expensive overrated ticket will go to improve this terrible app, but chances are low.
1 ★I wish I could give zero stars. I tried to login with my email address but I couldn't. Then I browsed all my emails to find my flying blue number and tried to login with that, I still couldn't :) ok then as long as I can see my own bookings then it's fine not to login. so I COPIED my booking code from email and pasted in the app and it says booking does not exist, please made sure it's O instead of 0, or I instead of 1... Are you just kidding :)
2 ★App used to be good but now it seems plagued with a number of issues. Can't add travel documents through the app, i just get "Oops, something went wrong" and I can't check in because I can't add travel documents. Disappointing that the quality is slipping
1 ★App needs a lot of improvements. it doesn't update in real time; although I already checked in online, the app still wants me to check in even after checking in at the airport. The flight was delay but, the app still says it's on time. Can't get your boarding pass on the app. Tried to add missing miles from a previous flight but, kept on getting an error. I won't continue. So many things wrong.
1 ★Redirecting after successful payment doesn't work; of course the app can't handle payment processing, it opens the browser for that (why would i need an app in the first place then?) and after the payment is done you're not getting redirected properly, the app doesn't reflect a successful booking. Quite ridiculous, i've booked Lufthansa instead, their app works properly and they happily take my money, without fuss, complucations or uncertainty.
2 ★Having a few issues with the latest version (v10.3.0): 1. Links/clicks don't work well, App feedback is an example. :) Extra info for upcoming trips also feels very hit/miss. 2. I can't see seats, luggage or any extra options for future flights - getting an error every time I'm trying to access that info. 3. A lot of my previous trips aren't visible anymore, was this intended? 4. Not sure why the Upcoming trips section has been split into Next Trip + the rest, feels more inconvenient like this.
1 ★This app does exactly what it shouldn't, every month or at some update it looses all my personal details and I have to go all over again entering names, addresses, credit card details and all that stuff you usually do it once in any other app or browser; the payment is also a pain, sometimes it shows you iDeal, sometimes it doesn't, sometimes it works to pay and then sometimes it doesn't...same issues with the payment even from the website.
