2 ★Checked in numerous times during the day before the flight. It says check-in finished and then loads the same screen as before, without giving me the boarding pass. Used to be fast and efficient before. Please fix, then the rating will be better.

4 ★Great app, does exactly what I need as a traveller. Would love gate and seat numbers to be more prominent. Android back button bounces you right out of the app, which is annoying.

1 ★it was great. but then stops updating after a flight, so it becomes kind of a useless app. i have installed/unninstalled it a few times now so i could still use the boarding pass (so convinient!), but i am tired of it.

3 ★Looks nice and all, but after check in the app refuses to update and print a boarding pass. Check in was however completed and got the passes through the website but still frustrating.

1 ★App( After Sept. 15 update) Crashes each time I try to login. It doesn't log me in also. To Also unable to use book flights. This app is now totally useless. This is on Android 6.0 phone.

2 ★1. If you have an 'Official' Passport you can not check in using this App as it asks for Visa details. ( I had to checkin via website) 2. I have checked in for flight (AY142) Business Class and I'm still getting notifications to checkin and must print, mobile boarding passes not valid on this flight. Now unless you are flying Low-Cost I do not see a reason to print any boarding pass. 🙃😒 So we will do our trip and see what other useless problems it gives me and uninstall it on return.

1 ★Buggy pile of s*. Idea is good but example boarding pass can dissapear just when you are going to plane. If you manage to get boarding pass take always screenahot of it because you cannot trust to that app at all

1 ★"Unfortunately we cannot add your booking at this time". I have now tried three times on three different dates pasting the booking number in or typing it in from the Finnair e-mail. Please test your apps much more carefully

5 ★Very easy and intuitive to use. The only thing I would note is that Finnair should add the functionality to store old boarding passes for a given time post-flight.

4 ★A good and functional app. Where changes to bookings cannot be made. Just contact Finnair customer service. Has worked well for me.

1 ★The main reason I downloaded this app, was to check in on flights. This function doesn't work and customer service cannot help - useless app and I have now booked my flight from SAS.
