1 ★Useless app and terrible UX. It looks like a mobile website wrapped in an app. Keeps asking me to login again and again - doesn't save the id and password - and keeps asking about cookie settings repeatedly. There's no simple way to check award availability, instead it keeps directing me to LH revenue booking page (with a banner asking me to install the Lufthansa app). They've removed the mileage calculator on the lh website too - forcing users to install this awful app. Just annoying all round.
1 ★A complete disaster, doesn't remember your settings and every attempt to book an award trip ends in a blank screen with no way out. One starts to wonder if the whole miles and more is just a scam, is it even possible to book an award flight? Possibly the worst and most useless app I've ever used.
3 ★Below average app from good airline. 1. On account page very inconvenient scrolling, jumping elements, overlap with top status line of the phone, not optimal layout of each entity. 2. On awards page confusing 2 columns layout. Award topics overlap with sandwitch button. In general, top-level menu (news, account,..) is at the bottom, 2nd level menu is on top. Who designed this? Permanent popups irritate a lot. Looks like "made in India".
1 ★I cannot access the app, I get always the message error "Failed to get settings" as I entered, without to do something. How can I overcome this error and to use the app? Do I need to uninstall and install again as I don't remember if is was used right after installation? It's frustrating, as I cannot use my email account and even if I sent "I forgot my password", a new link to reset the password is not coming... Lufthansa, are you really interested in user's satisfaction? For us it's time consuming and nerves, do you really care about us?
4 ★The boarding pass scan won't always work, mile crediting does work with sporadic errors. Everything else seems to be fine. Response to M&M GmbH: this is what I ended up doing :). Neither manual form nor scan were working, although it worked great first time I tried it the same evening.
2 ★Bad app. Images do not load, getting a constant notification "miles and more app is running". Why. Try to kill the process - it restarts. bath offers in worldshop landed me in error page. Was looking for support in the app, it suggested a survey. during the survey any answered question would scroll me up. Like I answer no7, it Scrolls me up to 4, I need to scroll down to 8. And after survey, "powered by" window does not close. And there was no custom question to leave the feedback in the survey
1 ★Disappointing. Mileage requests keep failing and crashing due to technical problems. What is the purpose of this App if it keeps failing? I am very shocked that no one has fixed those basic functions ongoing since more than a year. Previously, functionality was working with interruptions but now: worse: mileage requests by uploading or by filling out forms keep failing and crashing for the past months and the problem continues.
1 ★I have been trying to log in for half an hour. I have been getting all kinds of errors, from failed to get settings, failed to connect, try later, wrong pin (I can login with my pin and/or password through the website so I know it is not wrong), wrong password....
5 ★Does what it says. Functional and simple enough to use. Note: If you want to earn points for your past Lufthansa flights you have to do it here with this app and not with the Lufthansa app. Took some time to figure this out as the guidance is spotty.
1 ★Terrible navigation. Have you tried reading anything on the upgrade chart? Would help if it had legible resolution. P.S. also can't log in when trying to book a flight. This is the final nail in the coffin of miles and more for me. Switching to another miles program after several years.
1 ★Since last update miles and more no longer records my flights despite the 80 other flights I've taken this year all being recorded (flyer number correctly recorded according to airline). Not responsive to emails, support phone number not working, anything useful in app just takes you out of app and to website and you have to manually log in.
2 ★Sad that this app is so customer unfriendly. It is difficult to navigate, spend your miles, go to previous windows..sad
