Q: What is an APK File?
A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.
Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?

3 ★Easy to use and laid out real well, only issue that keeps me from liking it is how much you have to log in/put in your pin. Even with keep me logged in still have to relog in every time I open the app along with entering my pin to pull up my car. Shouldn't need to keep entering them, definitely when my phone is already locked who else is going to use the app.
5 ★There's some delays with the app and it doesn't show up as the right thing for instance my doors would be locked but it would say it's unlocked or lights are going off. But thats not often, other than that I love the app!
3 ★The app is good but needs a little work. It's a bit annoying to get unlock alerts when I'm opening the car using the keys. Would be better if the alerts were to inform you of access to your vehicle by someone without the key.
2 ★The free app is slow, cumbersome and then wants to update when trying to unlock the doors! Not appreciated when you have a baby in your arms, or anything else, for that matter and need to get going, or if the weather is bad. Very annoying as well as having to unlock the doors with the key fob once inside. The device is just to slow in locking or unlocking the doors. It will also relock if you don't open the doors fast enough. This app has a lot of potential, but needs work.
4 ★This app is a slight pain. Every time I use it I have to change my password. It's tiresome. Other than that I use it but it gets to be annoying. Especially if you out and about. You need to check on your car and you can't open the app.
1 ★STILL A PROBLEM IN 2021!!! This is so incredibly frustrating to use. Even if you check the option to stay logged in, every time you use the app you have to login with your email and password. FIX THIS VW!!! Gettinf worse and worse with errors and not honoring my subscription. Awful app.
5 ★Great to see the car stats, (doors,, windows,, mileage) and be able to remote start from the app, would be nice to adjust the auto air instead of the default 72'. Keeps a health of the vehicle and can schedule maintenance from the app.
1 ★Cannot login to the app at all whatsoever. Just keeps saying "you could not be signed in at this time, please try again later." well, it's been weeks now and still not working. App hasn't been updated since May 27th... Come on, let's get this fixed...
2 ★Buggy at best... the "E-Mobility" page is amazingly slow and clunky. Often saying I have my climate set to -459*F. Or saying its not plugged in when it actually is. I ended up disabling notifications that constantly was telling me the car was unlocked.
1 ★Just a completely useless app. The ONLY thing you can do is lock and unlock your doors and it only works 50% of the time. Don't be fooled into thinking this is worth something, every single other car app is better
1 ★Constantly require me to re-enter password, then fingerprint. Sent me a message that I needed to click a link to schedule a service appointment because of a failure in the driver safety systems. It was out of windshield wiper fluid.
2 ★Works when it wants too. Half the time the app has a message that says it can not process your request and to try again later. It also makes you do 3 different authentications to remote start. (If it works to begin with) Very frustrating!
