Welcome to myVW, a drive-changing app with connected services from VW Car-Net®.¹ Enjoy a connected drive with Remote Access and more, whether you're right next to your vehicle or kilometers away.Features:

3 ★Like most of VW's Infotainment system, this app is flakey. It doesn't present the information I need - like tire pressure - and often takes minutes to give feedback on what I can do - turning Climate on/off. Remote locking should be built in.
2 ★limited usefulness; basivally just checking on your charging status and stopping charging remotely plus activating climate control. it's also really slow and it keeps logging me out, so super annoying having to log in every few days.
3 ★The app was working fine before the latest update. Now it is slower, and the trip stats don't even work. As some people say, "If it is not broken, don't fix it." Update: the latest update fixed the issues mentioned above. So far so good.
4 ★The app has improved since July 2023 when I got the ID.4 my wife and I own. Would be great if there was a way to schedule the time when you want the environmental controls to come on for pre-heating or cooling. Hoping there is an option to remotely lock or unlock in the future like my Ford F150.
1 ★No more push notifications. Double checked app permissions. Uninstalled, reinstalled. Logged out and back in. Restarted head unit in the car. The previous version worked. This one doesn't.
3 ★The concept of activating climate control or locking of doors remotely is a good one, this app is slow and often non responsive. I have not been able to rely on it.
1 ★Why digital print needed twicw login is beyong redicule. What's so confidential in an app that does nothing but remote start heating or cooling. Thats all. Need lock status of doors, battery temp and voltage, current charging power, gps location. Last update is a joke!. Seriously app makes me want to sell car.
2 ★The remote start function doesn't control the climate settings unlike other manufacturers' systems. There are also too many steps to remotely start the car.
3 ★remote start turns off engin when I enter the car. and it takes several attempts to start my car. I need to have the key held right up to ignition. rather than simply pushing the start stop button.
3 ★very slow. I ask it to do something at it displays the thinking circle for ever, so I don't know if it's done or not. Some times it doesn't do what I ask, like turn on the heat. Also, I ask it to remember me, but it asks for my pin, every single time
1 ★Can't even get into it. The "maybe later" and "accept terms" are over lapping each other. The "I accept terms...." is grayed out. When I touch anything it brings me back to the picture of my car and VIN. And around we go. I would give it a zero if I could.
1 ★Should be "zero stars" as app will NOT open.. Unable to accept terms and complete the update process as the "terms of service" overlaps with "maybe "later" and therefore you cannot review and unable to enter check mark. App needs to be fixed immediately!!
