3 ★Its not a terrible app, just not that I feel is ready for primetime. I had Sync in my last car, which actually had valet options. Meaning once activated with a pin, nobody could mess with stuff. Loved this option and wish it VW would have something similar. Additionally, telling me my windows are down and its going to storm any second dosen't exactly help me much unless I'm standing RIGHT OUTSIDE THE CAR. How about an option to actually close the windows? Heck, one step further; considering how much they're asking for the full service, how about remote start?
3 ★The app is ok. Is it worth paying 200 a year? I would say not. Simpleoptions that should be included, are not included. Remote start, windowcontrols etc. Google tells us parking details. Not needed in this app.Execution is also delayed. Needs quicker action once you press lock/unlocketc.
3 ★I mean, it does what it says on the tin: it tells you what your car's doingand where it is. BUT IT DOESN'T SAVE SESSIONS. I'm constantly having to login. Then, once I've logged in, log in AGAIN with the PIN for my car. This,in and of itself is annoying, but to have to do it nearly every time Icheck up on a notification just got is unnecessary.
1 ★Very little value! No remote start, fuel level not very accurate, actionsare very slow, location is sometimes wacky. Signing in with email/passwordand then PIN is a constant pain in the ass.
2 ★Is VW or Verizon Telematics EVER going to fix the logout issue. Geez. Use Google AutoFill for saving the password and user into too. Suggest you hire actual real devs vs farmed out vendors
1 ★For the money it should allow you to remote start and control the windows.It doesn't. Just lock and unlock and that's it. Shame.
3 ★It is a good app, but once a week I have to log in again. Is there a fix so I can be signed into the app always and not have to remember my log in info when I really nees the app to work?
1 ★Worst security ever. All passwords are 8 characters, not at least 8 but 8.It's as rookie as you can get. Don't use this app or service since a bruteforce hack would just take a few minutes. Idiots.
2 ★Session expires after a week. It's annoying as hell. The point is toquickly lock your doors or other stuff and this takes way too long.
2 ★Constantly having to log back into the app, doesn't save the password in Google account to make it easy to log back in. Notifications are helpful but the password issue kills it for me.
1 ★This app does not work.....it is useless! Unless, you want to create a newpassword every time you try to log in!
