3 ★This app is straight forward and allows for simplified navigation. It loses 2 stars due to glitches when updating payment method. The payment completes on the website, but cannot be completed thru the app. Then multiple email notifications follow to remind you to "update your payment method", tho it HAS completed. An Everwash rep did advise, they're working on getting this resolved, but apparently this glitch remains.
1 ★Poor app, good concept. App appears easy to navigate but doesn't allow touch input for navigation. Provides name of wash service but not address unless you switch to another page with all services, now you have to search; very inconvenient design. Doesn't allow you to switch locations if service is bad unless you pay full price for membership again. If at least it would let you switch as one monthly membership expires before you make payment for renewal.
3 ★The app itself is good - minimalist and straight to the point. But this service, no more than 2 stars... What's the difference between this and getting a membership directly from a car wash that is likely better quality? And at a rate that seems more expensive. If one could go to any of the participating car washes (at least those with equal pricing), their service may be worth it.
5 ★So far so good!! I've been wanting a monthly membership because paying for each wash was adding up, I will definitely be getting my money's worth by signing up, so glad they finally gave that option. The app was SUPER easy to use in my opinion. Scanned the QR at the wash and it recognized me right away. I hope it all stays this easy and I will be a VERY happy customer.

Dave at the Prince Frederick, MD. location is the definition of great customer service. we see him there all the time talking to customers, going over the equipment, asking if everything's ok, and so on. More than happy to pay the monthly amount for a great product and outstanding customer service from Dave. Bill
2 ★App isn't that great. The Montclair location is a rip off considering it says you get Tire Shine, and even the guys that worked there said it never worked. Then the things that are supposed to clean the car are all work out or don't even touch the vehicle, bit the worst thing is you pay monthly and have to wait while everyone else pays and goes ahead of you.
1 ★More than once I have scanned the QR code and it would say I could wash my car but the facility wouldn't turn on. Try it again and it says you can only wash the car once a day, and gives me an incredibly long code to contact customer service with. I wash my car on the way to work so I don't have time to keep dealing with being told to call customer service. I'm just going to cancel my service instead as an annoyance is not worth $40+ each month.
1 ★At first it wasn't bad but as time went on problems arose. Can't change plan (and I wanted a more expensive one) difficulties connecting and now it seems to have ceased functioning. Can't access via app, website can't be accessed (403 error). Beginning to think I will have to go through the credit card company to resolve this.
4 ★A pretty average wash, but it still turns out to be a pretty great deal since I go so often. The only real complaint I have is the dryer, which is borderline useless. First, dryers that you have to drive through are nowhere near as good as the automated ones. But the drying time is way too short. I basically have to keep a towel in my car, and I end up having to get out and dry everything by hand to avoid streaks and spots. I'd be willing to pay more for my membership, if they could upgrade the dryer somehow.
5 ★UPDATE: App was fixed within 24 hours. Kudos for the fast turnaround. 5-stars, truck is nice and clean! ------------------------ App keeps crashing on Pixel 2 XL after latest update. Tried rebooting phone, killing app, nothing. Good thing I tried it before getting stuck in line at the car wash! Needs to be fixed asap as this is a subscription service.
5 ★Had a hard time getting the app to load totally. But once it did, it is easy to use. Adding additional cars and payment method is a breeze. The code is read at the carwash without problem and starts the carwash. I pull through almost every time I am driving by .
4 ★It works well for me. My only complaint is when I try to scan it takes some maneuvering to get the gate to go. I sometimes have to provide a shadow around my phone to cut down the brightness of the sun on the scan area. All in all, I like it. I do get my car washed almost every day.
