Description
The NissanConnect® EV & Services** app is designed especially for owners and drivers of the Nissan LEAF®. The NissanConnect EV & Services** app lets you manage the unique features of your LEAF like charging the battery, adjusting climate controls and checking the battery status, all from your mobile device and Wear OS. You can also personalize the app dashboard with the features that you use the most.LEAF drivers require an active subscription to access the features of NissanConnect EV**, but it is complimentary for the first three years of ownership.
NissanConnect EV & Services is available for the following models and trim levels (Model Year 2018-2023):
- LEAF SV
- LEAF SV PLUS
- LEAF SL PLUS
Model year 2018-2023 LEAF owners require an active subscription to NissanConnect EV with Services** powered by SiriusXM®. As an added security measure, a PIN is required before the Remote Door Lock/Unlock feature can be used. This PIN is established when enrolling in NissanConnect EV with Services**. If you have not yet enrolled in NissanConnect EV with Services** or need to reset your PIN, download the NissanConnect EV & Services app or visit www.owners.nissanusa.com.

As of February 22, 2022, all Nissan vehicles equipped with telematics hardware compatible for use with the 3G cellular network will be unable to connect to the 3G network and unable to access the NissanConnect Services features. Clients having purchased a Nissan vehicle with this type of hardware must have enrolled in NissanConnect Services prior to June 1, 2021 to activate the service to have received access through February 22, 2022 (access is subject to cellular network availability and coverage limitations). How to install NissanConnect® EV & Services APK on Android phone or tablet?

1 ★Terrible, have docs to proove ownership however app won't let me upload the pictures so basically I'm screwed in using it no work around the upload error ... tried several phones on several networks ... fail
1 ★Kicked me out of the app even though it was supposed to stay logged in. Now it claims my password is wrong even though it works on the Nissan website, and the password reset function is broken. The temperature outside is below 0 and I can't use remote start on my 2 month old car because the app doesn't work.
1 ★When the app works, it's good but when it doesn't, it's not good. I reinstalled the app and still does not work. I can log in through a browser and it works but it states invalid user name or password when I am typing the same thing. Hence, the 1 star.
1 ★It never works. The car never has cell reception, no matter where you are or how many bars of signal you see on a phone. Whatever telemetry they installed on the Leaf, it's basically useless because of the weak link: cell service.
1 ★Does not work! Would give zero rating if possible. They get rid of CARWINGS and replace it with this, but this APP wont connect to older (2013) Leafs. I can see my vehicle but there is no functionality. Absolutely worthless-
1 ★App not allowing logins at all. I can log into owners site and interact with car just fine, so it's a problem with the app specifically. (And yes I have cleared cache/data as well as uninstalled/reinstalled app)
4 ★I noticed that there were many bad reviews of the apphowever I just installed it and it appears to be working fine. I can locate my neat leaf and I can also send routes to it. There is a slight time delay for functionality.
1 ★Can't change any of the widgets even when you go to the widget manager. App is super laggy and gives very little detail when it is sending information to the car. I can't believe this passes as a connected car app
1 ★Absolute garbage, worked intermittently for about a week now it won't allow login, the app was the only thing making driving a Leaf in the winter in Michigan tolerable, 0/10 would not recommend either the app or vehicle
1 ★Always log me out and won't let me sign back in!!! I had trouble the first time I creat an account. Work for a few days and now it doesn't!!
1 ★Once I registered I was able to log in and see the Leaf in my profile but I am not able to use any other features on it. I keep getting error messages from every menu.
1 ★Quit working. Unable to reset account password. Just doesnt work anymore. Reaching out for help is worthless. No support.
