Export/Import are not Backup/Restore. When you export a note/checklist, its text content is saved as .txt file 'without' meta data like color, priority, folder, etc.
Setting password does not delete exported notes. If you don't want to keep them, delete manually.
Moving app to the SD card disables widgets. Android does not support widgets from SD card. Moving hides shortcut icons too on reboot.

4 ★I use this app all the time. You can separate notes into folders, make checklists, and archive notes. I do wish there was a way to separate notes from checklists, so that it's not difficult to find them in a sea of notes, as they are more immediate than notes.
5 ★Simple, does the job, what more could you want, ready to integrate copy and paste with most other apps too since always gives the option of "text only" when manipulating clipboard material and works well with audio dictation and is visually simple

5 ★I love this app. The main reason is because it allows me to save / export my notes to the SD. Other note apps have decided to remove the option of storing to SD. Instead, you are forced to either store to the internal memory of the phone or online (i.e. ColorNotepad). This app is simple, you can share, it has the option of password, creating folders, plus you can see the notes on your computer through standard Windows Notepad. I take a lot of notes, so this is perfect for me. I recommend it. @Developers - please lock down the notes editor, so accidental edits are not done when reviewing a note.
3 ★I love this app, but I have one main issue with it. when I edit a list item, half the time it doesnt save. It's possible I'm missing the OK button by a tiny bit. I confirmed that this happens even if I do not click Cancel but maybe just to the right or below. Please make the clickable (touchable) area of OK button bigger and dont exit if the surrounding empty space is touched. 3 stars for this and no updates since 2016 for other reviews that I agree with.
5 ★It works great. Just like its name, simple. I dont really like fancy notes. Also, it is manageable and NO ADS!. i like this app so much.
5 ★This is the best app I've found for taking notes. First of all, no ads! My main issue with the normal note app on my phone is that it has a very low maximum character limit, but on this app the limit is much higher (is there even one?) and I'm very happy with that. Also the app isn't ugly like other note apps and will show you the word/character count! Very nice.
1 ★I used to love this app. It worked well before 2013, so I trusted it when when my grandson was born in 2013. I kept every single milestone and memory with a photo on here. As he's gotten older, there have been fewer to add, so I just realized out of way over 100, there are 10 or so left. They're just GONE! And dont expect to get help from the developer. Beyond upset, memories I'll never get back.
5 ★This app is really brilliant and useful. Not a single ad popped up on the screen Unlike in some other apps. I had a great time using it(I'm still using it).
5 ★You can size a widget and alter how it appears, including the background transparency. I have three, a list of all the food items I want to choose from and my current shopping list. Both show their contents, as far as their sizes allow. That means I always have them visible and can make changes from one to the other very quickly. The third is just for current information I want to be immediately visible. However, I do not like how it saves, because you cannot abandon changes. That is dreadful.
1 ★I forgot to mention in my previous review that when files are exported to sd card, duplicates are created. Some deletions were archived rather than deleted. So, I have had filed remain that I deleted, but critical content evaporate due to a faulty autosave upon exit. I strongly dissuade anyone from this app. I had been using it for over a year and the recent losses of my writings were too important not to be able to recover.
