2 ★GPS drift is real and it happens the most when the dog is on our couch. I keep trying to adjust her safe zone but it doesn't seem to making a difference. Battery update seems to have helped that issue and the concept seems cool but one week in and I'm not sure this is going to meet our needs

1 ★No longer can use the app, tells me an update is needed. I've uninstalled and reinstalled and no luck.

4 ★Tracks my cat great. Sometimes gps updates take a while. App will crash.. Be nice if you could force a gps update by pressing a button. I am able to find my little one except when the tracker updates slow then it's a guess until the device updates it's location

5 ★Make sure your phone DOES NOT optimize this apps battery usage, it needs to be able to run in the background to occasionally provide updates on the pet tracking. The app works great and does not drain the battery.

3 ★The app is currently stating that it needs an update in order to continue to use it however when I check for updates in the play store there are none to download. Can someone please look into that so I can continue to use my app?

5 ★Finally a pet tracker from tmobile, looks promising, have to see in long run, pretty much straight forward in creating and linking device, wifi connection took 2 attempts but worked fine.

1 ★When I open the app it asks for my fingerprint. But no fingerprint indicator pops up on where to place my finger. It takes fooooorrrreeeevvvveeerrr to even open the app. The safe place is such a broad area that they can escape my backyard and I still wouldn't know until they are long gone.

1 ★You will waste hours of your life trying to get this to work before taking it back to the T-Mobile store. stay away from this app and do not buy their pet tracking software, it is a cool concept but it does not work.
