1 ★Buggy. 2 days in and won't connect. Drops connection when it is. UI is most surly I've ever seen. Tried everything still having connection issues. Failure starts when I try to pair my pixel 3a with my 2018 Toyota when also paired with Timex. Reaching out to email suggested returns suggestion to call main help line. We know how that will go.
5 ★EDIT Timex has update the app and the watch OS and the issue of not holding a charge is no longer present. This is back to being a great app, and a great watch. For the price you really can't do any better. I would choose this watch over more expensive watches because of the durability and the ease of use. GREAT JOB TIMEX!
3 ★Needs much improvement. Had over 4000 steps yesterday. The app showed this. When I look at it today I see 2000 steps. Sleep tracking often doesn't work. Have already logged out and back into the app as well as emailed support 5 days ago. No response yet. Update: installed the April 30 2020 update and I have no further data loss and sleep tracking is working better as well. Adding a star.
4 ★Well, it was was working. Stopped connecting & syncing. Deleted and reinstalled the app, now it's stuck in the open Timex smart app.. show's up on BT but won't connect. It's a brick now. Have to find receipt. Update, got ahold of Timex today and Scott was very helpful getting the watch back on track.. happy now!

2 ★The watch syncs, the screen shows current step count but history shows some random lower number. Doesn't detect sleep state or most exercise states automatically. Fairly useless and hasn't been updated. Would really like to see this app fixed, this R300 watch is an expensive paperweight without app support. Does nothing it promised as well as Timex asserts.
1 ★Shockingly poor product. Watch will not connect until the software on the watch updates through the Timex Smart app. It get to 20% and loses the blue tooth connection. There are better alternativess out in te market, don't waste your time or money. Don't buy this product.

2 ★I get kicked off the app regularly when I am looking at my numbers. It takes multiple tries for me to have my running results synced with the app. Not very impressed with the functioning so far.
