1 ★Great app, terrible company. I've been trying for 5 months to get my purchased subscription fixed. I canceled my subscription about 5 months ago and it doesn't run out until June. Guess what? I'm down to three slots for my on watch watch box, and only three daily spins. Sent in a help desk ticket and had somebody offer to cancel my account fully right now so I could start back up. That's not what I want. The second ticket, stop responding after one email.
1 ★Don't know what happened but literally can not add any watch faces doesn't work anything like it used to.
2 ★You get an option to pay some money to remove adverts. There is also a Premium upgrade, available as a monthly subscription, to get access to all premium watch faces. My big problem with the app is the heavy aggressive marketing of the premium version. Despite paying to remove ads, I am bombarded with in app promotions for premium options and upgrades and intrusive notifications on my phone and watch. Having paid money to remove adverts yet being struck with ads like this I will never pay more.
2 ★Great watch faces, but they no longer push to my watch. When I first downloaded the app, it worked great, but now when I click to download it and transfer to my watch, nothing happens except for an ad playing, and that's hit or miss. So really, what's the point of having this app if it doesn't serve its main purpose?
5 ★Seems to work well for creating watch faces and offers a good range of free faces.
3 ★8 times out of 10, no matter which digital watch face I use, there will come a point where there are no numbers shown on my watch, the design will be there and that's it, of course defeating the purpose of a watch, I have other separate watch faces and non of them do what these watch faces do, so unfortunately I have to uninstall the app.
2 ★Mostly pretty solid, though it pushes you quite a bit to use a rather pricey premium subscription, and artificially limits how many faces you can store on your watch making it kind of a last resort to buy faces on this platform rather than google play. I'm not sure why limiting our watchbox should make us buy more of them. You are effectively punished for buying or collecting too many faces, so once you have 20 you like it's best to just uninstall the app.
1 ★Worked perfectly until 5.1.34 update, now its useless. Watch lags, freezes, doesn't connect to certain info apps on phone and needs to be restarted at least twice per day. Too bad for the watch designers, most of us Galaxy watch owners will be uninstalling Facer. I know I already have.
2 ★Love all the options, and sorry I have to change my rating. Been having mad issues with this App. Having to delete and regetting it just to change faces and it has been making my watch and phone disconnect from each other since the last update.. And yes I keep up with my updates on both devices..
2 ★There's some really cool watch faces included with the premium service, but just having the app installed on your watch will drain its battery faster than anything else I've found. I have a 5th generation Fossil smartwatch. The battery regularly lasts all day with reasonable use, but with the Facer app installed, it was dead by 1pm. To clarify, I had the app installed for two days, once with the face active and one without, with little difference between the two. After uninstall, battery fixed.
1 ★It has a lot of cool free watch faces, and it worked for a bit, but now when I click to sync a watch face, it shows an ad, and once I click out of the ad, I didn't get the watch face, the sync to watch button is broken, and I can't apply any watch faces. Feels like they are making me spend the 5 bucks to upgrade to ad-free before I can continue using free faces.
5 ★Loads of different faces for every type of watch. I love the top 10 list! Aww
