1 ★Worked fine for a week. Now I keep getting a "device not found" error. The watch is literally on top of my phone, which is on a table (nothing is moving, bluetooth is on, both phone and watch are charged)... Very disappointed. No way to extract data to computer or sync with other apps. Update (04/16/19): App continuously crashes since last update. Completely useless now. I also have 2 apps?

4 ★While not 100% where it should be, the app does give the charts for sleep and daily activity. If it gave weather, and calls properly I would give it a 5 star rating. I like timex, and know they make quality product. But the app does need some love and correcting the weather and call features. But it still syncs well with steps, workouts, and sleep so not a total loss. If the weather and call features get worked out I will update my review to a 5. Til then, "FOUR!"

1 ★Ap doesn't link to watch even when it's sitting right next to each other. Watch is great but how the hell are we meant to track our work outs when most the time app doesn't work. Been trying for an hour to get it to sync but nothing. Uninstalle app really did it and still not working. SORT OUT ASAP sort app asap. Over its crap

1 ★The weather part of the app never did work, alot of the time it doesn't pair up. Really needs an overhaul if it's to compete with the other fitness watches out there. Should have spent the $119.97 on something else.

2 ★Band works fine but overpriced. App crashes a LOT and doesn't always pair up. The vibrate alarm rarely goes off properly and when its supposed to. And whats with the weather? Where does the weather data come from and why does it exist if it never works?

1 ★The app asks to access and control too much information on my smartphone... Not neccissary. I don't want my privacy compromised and grant limitless control over my contacts, messages, and files. This was worthy of the trash, except the lithium battery might combust and set the garbage on fire.

2 ★Please update to make more easier for sync. Some times the app and the band are disconnected by it self. We have to linked every time its so annoyed.

2 ★This watch is expensive. The weather temperature is not accurate. Messages and calls don't always work. Sync first work well. The features of this watch are not competitive against ifit, fit bit and other brands. Gosh! I hate it .

3 ★Ever since my Phone got updated to Android 6.0, the watch is no more getting discovered by the app even though it is paired with the phone in Bluetooth settings. Can you provide some insight into this?

3 ★Out of box, I am unable to connect to my Samsung phone. Says Disconnected on the screen :( Is there a fix for this? I plan to contact support in the morning. Will change rating appropriately based on results.
