Adaptions for Android-Q.Smart Connect cannot start another application automatically in Android-Q due to Android restrictions. Smart Connect will instead show notifications and user can open the application by clicking notification.

2 ★This was one app I couldn't live without, specially as a Sony smartband user, but since the Android 8 update my bluetoothspeaker event could not play music automatically, tried with different bluetooth devices (creating new events for each of those) and when the event triggers the action of playing music did not launched.
3 ★Since the volume sound settings and navigation app have changed on Sony Android, it has not been updated on this app. I want to be able to stipulate the in-call volume when the driving event starts - as well as media volume (navigation directions) and bluetooth music volume. I would also like the option to close the app when the event ends (so that when i leave my vehicle, and go indoors, google isn't telling me "GPS signal lost" or "turn around when possible" from my pocket).
1 ★Despiteful. The app is totally brocken since last update wich bring nothing new exept to broke the app. It cant be turned off so it will always drain your battery pointlessly. Worked perfectly on my sony xperia Z3 before the update, never worked at all on my xperia XZ2 and my girlfriend xperia M4. One of my favorite app when it works tough. UPDATE :We are now april 4, still nothing works on the XZ2 with smart connect, please so ny can you get your head off your ass?

1 ★latest update seems to have killed connectivity to my device. I've spent 10 days trying various trouble shooting methods just to make sure it's not just me to no avail. a shame since before this it was a simple, reliable app for my smart band. hopefully it gets fixed.
1 ★Since the update of Smart Connect my smart tags NT1 will not work ,the NFC is sounding to say it has found it but nothing happens.So please Sony sort it out.Before the updated it was excellent .Also cant get rid of the very annoying notification all the time without having to use force stop .Please do something about it has i hate to do but it will be my last ever sony phone i buy having been a loyal customer for 10 plus years
1 ★No longer connects / disconnects when using charging stand. No longer works with smart tags. No longer uses dream mode. Sony I understand Google has removed some permissions ,such as SMS access, but why keep removing so many other fantastic Sony features? Please fix permanently on activation notification at least. After Sony pulled support for its Smartwatches, Smart Headset, Bravia TVs using Opera, Vaio laptops, Play Memories service etc, seriously wonder if I will buy any more Sony products.
1 ★Basically does nothing. Worked great on my old android 5 xperia, but now meaningless on my new xperia 10II. I set it up to start the music app when i connect bluetooth headphones, but it just gives a screen notification. If push the notification, the music app launches. If i have to interact with the screen, i can just open the music app. Essentially pointless.
1 ★I Brought sony smartwatch but it couldn't connect with my phone and also facing the problem with smart connect app is not opening . totally disappointed
1 ★This version allows 3 devices and refuse all accessories from bluetooth. Maybe, I need to buy something from Sony to use this app. Sad!
3 ★the updated version fixes many of the broken things how ever it seems bluetooth devices don't work yet connecting devices to the audio jack detects and switches modes as specified however adding devices such as Bluetooth doesn't seem to work neither does turning Bluetooth off then on fixes anything anyway please continue to fix it good progress so far, makes me wonder what was the decision maker thinking when he gave the go ahead to spoil this app for the users
1 ★Used to use it to launch PS Remote Play when connecting DualShock 4. Now DS4 doesn't show up in the app as an accessory. Useless.
